I paid this company for a logo, business cards, and an intake form made to look like a map. I have completed the business of the logo and business cards, so that is not the issue here. I lost our back-and-forth email thread and asked to have it sent back to me. I wanted to highlight the many things I requested to be done to the map but were not implemented. I paid for unlimited editing, and now I am left with a map that does not meet my specifications, and they refuse to do any more work unless I pay more. This goes against our agreement. I told them, at this point, I would just like a refund, but they refused.Customer response

I ordered my first logo from Logo Orbit in 2020. After that I ordered 4 more logos for $139 each. Each logo was supposed to come with vector files, copyright certificates and a few orders were also supposed to include business cards. I only received the copyright certificate for my first logo, but never received the copyright certificates for my 2nd-5th logos. The only files I received were basic jpeg and png files, but no vector files. I have asked for my copyright certificates but Logo Orbit refused to provide them. I have asked for my vector files and Logo Orbit has refused. Without the vector files I cannot even have logo shirts made, and my logos are only good for emails and printing on paper. Logo Orbit claims they sent the vector files, but I never received them, or I would have them downloaded on my computer with the rest of the files. Logo Orbit advised me that I would have to make another order and pay to have my logos redone for me to get the files I already paid for. They claim they didn't keep my files because they are a couple years old, but they expect me to believe they kept screenshots of emails with my files attached for a couple years. Just because they uploaded files to an undelivered screenshot doesn't mean they didn't delete the files before they emailed them to me. It doesn't prove that I received them. I see all these other complaints that are almost exactly the same as mine -- customers placed orders for logos -- and never received what they paid for. I think I will try to initiate a class action lawsuit if Logo Orbit refuses to send my vector files and copyright certificates I am owed.Initial Complaint

I purchased a package and approved the design concept. Then the guy told me I needed to pay more money to actually get the files that I already paid for in my package. He was charging me for what I bought already. I want a refund or completed files. Now the guy will not respond back to me. Wasted my time and money.Customer response

I ordered $1000 worth of commercial stickers that I never received in October 2023 and was guaranteed delivery by September 2023 along with business cards which I did get.I paid also in advance $750.00 to have a website built for my business which also never was complete. Logo Orbit owes my company ******* for work that was not completed.I have order receipts and intend on filing in court on this matterCustomer response

Logo Orbit has not contacted me,and there not reachable by phone.Its pretty clear the actions and decisions this company made were not good. There phone is nolonger in service,and I've had no commutation from them since my last order in September 2023

THE COMPANY NEVER PROVIDED THE *** PAGE PAID FOR!I am a 47-year-old first-time entrepreneur and needed a logo. Logo Orbit's rep stressed their money back, satisfaction guarnteed warranty. Saying it "was literally no risk" and all that was needed was to ask for a refund. We were upsold other products they had to offer, luring us into adding webpage design. We were only ever provided a link to pay for the discounted package. As for terms and conditions, we were only told that we had unlimited logo designs and with the web page, that once we moved past the design on the landing page of the website any refund would then be pro-rated. At first they were responsive, but I soon had issues with both the projects. The contacts would not listen to me and what I asked for, make requested changes or focus on requests. Updates and changes that should be simple, dragged on days in-between and in the end almost a full week killing time with little to no progress. We finally gave up on the logo and just took it where it was at and called it a day. Despite our insistance for changes on the main web page, the designer would not make them, but rather pushed on, on his own, on other things on the site. When he said we "approved" of the landing page, we both immediately sent an email saying we did NOT APPROVE, and there was still work to be done on that main page before we would approve. He resonded saying he understood. Then, they wanted to charge us for a feature we were told was included originally delaying things more. In 5 weeks, our landing page looked little different than when we started. When we requested the refund we were told no, ************* has set up the entire attorney team to handle these conflicts and turn them into their favor." We were never provided access to the webpage, it never went live, we were never given a password. We have nothing to show for our web page purchase only lost money. I can provide emails. I don't know how to do the other formats.Customer response

In February 2022, I contacted Logo Orbit to create a webpage for my business. I paid for a webpage, a business logo, content writing, shirts and business cards. The only item I received was a logo and shirts. This company attempted to give me domain name for my company webpage that they stole from another company. Which they admitted in an email they do not own the rights to. I have been fighting with this company for a year, trying to get them to complete my webpage the way I asked and I have received nothing. They stated they couldn't give me a refund because my webpage is in the "final stages" yet half of my webpage is in another language. They copy and pasted information from other websites to pass as their own work. I did not sign a contract stating I could not get a refund when we began the process. I no longer want the webpage, they can keep it. I just want the $1,699.00, the $90.00 for the business cards that I still have not received, and $399 for content writing of my webpage. I requested an itemized receipt for the web design and they were unable to provide me one. They simply sent a screen shot of the information from their web page. I want a 100% refund for everything (minus the logo and shirts) or I will be taking this company to court, not only for the total cost of $2,188.00, but for the potential loss of commission of my company over the past year. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I have been more than patient with this company dragging their feet throughout this process, costing me money and been a significant inconvenience with their inability to provide me with a finalized product(s).Initial Complaint

I purchased custom hats for my business. Over 12 months later i still have not heard back from the company, they keep stone ******* me. There has been no delivery of my product. 6 or more months ago they were "going to make it right" and double my order however that never made it my way either. Ive been waiting on a refund and/or my product for atleast 12 months now with the same response every time "your account manager can help you" kind of hard to get help when they dont respond to you.Customer response

I don't know where to begin with this company. We hired Logo orbit as a package deal to complete our website, business cards, some other items upfront. The website team took months to complete the work for starters. Everything was very unprofessional, wording was incorrect, half my website was either in German or ********* language for some reason.They continuedly harassed me in regards to paying more money. I had to pay for the domain, then I had to pay for the hosting service, then I had to pay for the email service (which a year later my emails still don't work). I paid an extra $500 for a Logo animation that I cant use. They refuse to rework the site they did incorrectly, they still have not done my business cards, the emails still don't work etc. etc. The real kicker is i paid over $1300 extra for an seo package. This supposedly would help my website rank in ****** and they were going to do all these things and help me for 6 months with analytics etc. etc. total bogus! Now i am basically at there mercy to transfer the domain (that i paid for) to my name so I can have the entire thing redone. ******* and ****** were unprofessional, impatient, lied at every turn to escape reasonability etc. I have over 10 months of emails, text messages, pictures, screenshots etc so if they want to claim this review is not accurate i have everything documented to suggest otherwise. At this point they have not transferred my domain and this review will remain this way until they make things right.THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST BASED ON MY EXPEREINCE. Well I paid for a 49$ package (which I misunderstood) so ***** trys to sell me on a 400$ package that includes multiple things I do not need all I needed was a logo designed to use for t shirt printing hats business cards etc. which he explained each package to me and the gold package would have covered which was 149$ so I decided I wanted a refund which on their website they advertise a 100% money back guarantee I told him multiple times I wanted a refund from him for him to finally stop arguing with me trying to tell me he need to clear this up ( after I told him I dont want anything cleared up) for him to agree to my refund then 16 minutes later he texts me again with multiple pictures and some stupid explanation that I could care less about referring to their packages. I paid LogoOrbit $299 to design a logo for my nonprofit. When the designs became to come in, they asked for feedback which I gave. For example I edited pictures and circled items I didnt want, but then every draft (after multiple days) came back including what i explicitly didnt ask for. Then another example, I asked for 3 stars on the logo and they gave me 6. I asked them not to use initials and then drafts came with initials. It was evident this wasnt working out, and the company offers a refund policy. But when i asked the customer service rep to start the refund he ignored me and kept sending me incorrect designs. Their website has a refund email but it is broken and i received a bounce back email that the address doesnt exist. I just want to process my refund as they said is possible in their welcome email and on their site but they wont process for meZ
