    I purchased a product, t-shirt merch, from this company on May 9th, 2023. I have not received any updates regarding my product since I purchased from their website. Ive been in contact with the seller but they are refusing to refund me or give me updates regarding my purchase. Today they notified me that my item is in transit but theyve yet to give me an official transit update. They refused to give me a refund because they state that my item is in transit but theyve yet to give me a tracking number or an official update. Im asking that you please help me resolve this issue with this company, I simply want my money back. The total is $50.18.

    On January 18, 2023, I placed an order with Manhead for a box set containing a signed album in the amount of $59.11. I received my package on 4/3/2023, and was sent the incorrect package. I informed Manhead about this the day of and was told I would receive a tracking number for the correct package and a return label. However, I have yet to receive either of these things and at this point no longer have use for my original purchase. I would be more than happy to return the incorrect package, receive a refund, and be done with it but my attempts to reach out to Manhead for these two things have been ignored. It is stated in their policy that a purchase is eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving the order however Manhead is not allowing me to do so.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Manhead LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I received a shipping label and returned my item. My item reached *************** weeks ago but I have yet to receive my refund.

    In August of 2022 I purchased two ***** In Chains Dirt 30th Anniversarry box sets from this company. The cost was $651. It is now just about March 2023 and I have still not received the items. The last update I received from the company was in December of 2022. This company is a fraud .They take peoples money and do not provide the items they say they will. Im beyond angry at this point. That is a lot of money! And they should be ashamed.

    I made a purchase from Manhead LLC on 11/22/22 in the amount of $236.55. Order #*********** tracking #******************* The items I ordered and expected to receive were as follows: 1 ecru pull over hoodie, 1 ecru sweatpants, and 1 deluxe mystery box stating it would include 2 Mystery items Which were not sold anywhere else. When I received my order, the sweatshirt/pants combo were correct but the deluxe mystery box was not as advertise, it in fact included 2 items that were sold elsewhere and that I have already purchased. I made sure to double check that was the correct one before submitting my order because I had seen other people getting the regular box and it included the shirts I already had. So Im not sure if they changed it or just sent me the wrong thing but if they arent going to give me the merch I purchased, then Id like my money back
