  Be very careful Fraud don't even know how I became there member just realized I was being charged $9.99 a month I had to call them to find out what I was even paying sent an email on weekend figuring I would call after didn't find a response in email called spoke to *** who stated I was a member of there health services ???? And to ck my spam folder as they sent me an email telling me that becouse I was unaware I had an account they were not making me pay the $19.95 cancelation fee.so I checked my spam no messages from them . Called back and got *** again started right ou out that no money back I was lucky I wasn't being charged the cancelation fee I told him I was calling becouse I never received a message . He resent me a message and I imeadiatly got it in my mail .it just stated my account was canceled it did not mention I wasn't getting charged for cancelation I'm calling my bank to see if I can keep from being charged for more

  Was charged immediately upon signing up for my "free" "cancel anytime" free trial, and found out they want another $10 to cancel it. Pure fraud. Snarky and unprofessional too: see complaints:"we have no record of the said customer in our data base and therefore believe the complaint made by the said customer is not correct.""Please note that you have signed up for our terms and conditions and you agreed to them prior to becoming a customer. We do understand that some times, customers do not fully read the terms and conditions and just skim through them."

  What a disaster. As a member who has monthly payments automatically charged to my credit card, I attempted to use them for an online doctors appointment on 3/28/23. Over an 8 hour period, I called them 5+ times. Scheduling tells me I have no account. **************** tells me that I have an account and they are "escalating" my need for a doctors appointment. I requested to speak to a supervisor twice yet they tell me there is no supervisor. They promised a call back quickly, yet 26+ hours later...no call. This is not something you want to deal with when your sick and seeking an online telemedicine appointment. Actually it's not something you want to deal with when your not sick either. Bottom line: you'll be healed or dead by the time they ever get around to you. I strongly suggest you try one of their many online competitors first.

  1. Does not give transparency on medications allowed to be filled. When the purpose of calling is to get medication refills, it should be made aware what CAN'T be filled. ( the whole reason for signing up! ) . Stating that an antidepressant and seizure medication are "controlled substances " is ridiculous.2. Member account has no useful purpose. You can't cancel membership, etc.3. Trying to cancel, get ready for the runaround and statements that "we are going to charge a cancellation fee". I did not sign a year contract.4. When you DO cancel, they tell you didn't. Stating, "you didn't send the 'go ahead' to cancel. I'm sorry but 2 emails demanding the account be canceled is the go ahead. As said before, there is NO PLACE to cancel this in account nor the link they provide in the (laugh) "CANCELLATION EMAIL" they say you didn't cancel.5. There fee are all over the place even in the bait&switch "free trial". If you read this site and other scam sites you will see different charges and "cancellation fees". I was told ****, then 1**** in a 2nd ATTEMPT to cancel then today they are trying to say they are going to charge me $70. Over my dead body! It is outrageous these places are doing this, getting away with it and infuriating. Now I have to cancel my bank account and open a new one to keep them from continuing to charge me. And HS can spare me the generic, cut and paste response of "we're sorry, contact customer support " ....that's what I've been doing and you can't be sorry when you are well aware of scamming people!
