Noom offered me a complimentary 1 month supply of GLP-1 with very little direction. I was then auto-shipped a 3 month supply at a cost of almost $900 on my credit card. I didn't even finish the initial shipment because I wasn't clear on how much medication to use each week. Once I started the double dose that was shipped to me, I was very sick. I messaged the "assigned doc" and he told me simply to stop taking it. Now, I'm stuck with $900 of medicine and Noom has refused any refund at all. I was only trying to lose 10 lbs, so 4 months of medicine was clearly too much to send. I feel like I was scammed with the "complimentary" initial shipment then billed so much money. I have contacted Noom several times, and each time they respond with "they hear my concern but there is nothing they can do". I cancelled my subscription and I am very disappointed. Very poor customer service. Do not do sign up!

ZERO STARS!!!The app doesnt work, I tried to cancel $837 charge for my rx on the app and it doesnt exist! There is no way to cancel or change your account. I reached out with several different emails, finally got one that said that they took care of it and still got the charge. DO NOT USE THIS ***** They are stealing $!!!!Noom, Inc.

The Noommed Clinicians and personnel ignore the patient's treatment plan and do not appropriately adjust medications based on the patient's progress. The communication is poor, and you must repeat the same information often. In addition, you get a different provider each time you request a new prescription, and the person does not take the time to review your file.Noom, Inc.

Don't fool with this company, they are crooked. I ordered the Noom on Friday 2nd of May and texted to cancel on Sat the 3rd of May cause was to nervous to use do to the side effects. Well they were fast to have it deducted Monday the 5th on my credit card of ****** even though I canceled and have been round and round to get my full ****** back just to here them say we can't but will only give you ***** back. I'm so unhappy with this company, like I wish I would have checked their terrible reviews before hand . So please people stay clear , cause their main concern is money I only left a 1 star because couldn't send if notNoom, Inc.

My Noom App has never worked properly. After countless times i have reached out for help, Noom support creates a ticket, then closes ticket and never helps me. I have been a member since March 2024.I have reached out so many times but NOOM just plays games with me.They do not care. They are sick and disgusting, the way they treat their customers????My calorie range is never adjusted, nothing works.They kept pushing GLP-1 on me but i will NEVER take that, so now they don't care and are cruel and never help **** pay $149 every 3 months for them to basically treat me like a piece of crap! Don't do NOOM , they are horribleNoom, Inc.

I have had this APP since MARCH of 2024. None of the features work on my app!I work out 6 days a week & the app has NEVER given me half my calories back like it is supposed ***** i lose weight it is supposed to create a new calorie deficit but it doesn't.I have filed dozens of technical help tickets for them to help me, but NOOM does NOTHING!! ALL THEY HAVE DONE is take MY MONEY!! Absolutley horrible and disgusting the way i have been treated by NOOM! Don't trust NOOM!! THEY don't care about you!!! Go somewhere else to find the weight loss you seek!!!Noom, Inc.

NOOM has gotten greedy and changed its app, and no longer allows you to log food to help with maintaining calorie count. They didn't tell their customers they were changing it, but rather they trick you into some bogus pointless upgrade for "free 7 day" trial. I fell for it and when I canceled it, they slotted me into the free app, which is nothing. All my previous 4 year log lost. I have now canceled it. Save your self stress and aggravation. Don't bother with this app.Noom, Inc.

I joined Noom in July 2024, for 10 months at $199. I assumed that I would be qualified to take the GLP-1 medicine. No, my insurance does not cover that so I was very disappointed! The daily lessons are helpful and Noom is linked to my Fitbit, so at least it records my steps. This is an unrealistic app because the price is outrageous if you can't get a prescription for GLP-1 meds. No way would I do this again because I have a free app now that I will be using more after I cancel my subscription before they try to charge me again! Fortunately I found Fifty 410 in November (before they stopped taking new patients) and was able to immediately pay for and order compounded Tirzepatide. With the *** removing compounded GLP-1s, I have been able to order and have a supply until I go on Maintenance and then end the meds. I am down 35 lbs and 17.5 inches since November. I have upped my protein to 100 g, do strength training, and walking. Don't waste your money on Noom.Noom, Inc.

Noon is a scam. Not only do they target teenagers and lock them in. They wont cancel your subscription for your teen. When bank challenges, they reverse the credit. Very unethical company who takes advantage of young people. Disgusted with them.Noom, Inc.
