    Filled out the Ro questionnaire. Was connected with a doctor *** told me I qualified for GLP-1 on March 16, 2025. I filled out the remaining questionnaire shortly after receiving the notification and told that the doctor would connect with me 1-3 business days. As of today, March 24, 2025, I have not heard back from the doctor *** was assigned to me even though I sent a message directly to them and tried to follow up. There does not seem to be consistent response. After learning there are additional fees on top of the membership fees (which I do not feel was transparent) I just want my initial $45 back to my card since they do not seem to communicate well.

    I decided to try Ro out at the beginning of last month. Did the "$45 trial" which "guaranteed" my insurance would pay for the medication. The medicine came in to the pharmacy I chose to which I was then told, they wouldn't be able to fill it. I informed Ro's providers who then informed me they would get with their team and figure out which pharmacy they'd be able to send it to. When they got back with me, they informed me that insurance would not actually pay for it and that I could pay $1300 out of pocket for the medication. In the beginning, I was informed that if the medication was never picked up, I would be reimbursed the $45. At the beginning of this month, not only was I not reimbursed the $45, I was charged another $145. When I sent Ro an email, they said it would take multiple business days to get back with me. I tried calling and the automated system informs you that due to high call volumes (surprise, surprise), you can only email. I received an email today stating my account is cancelled but I would NOT be reimbursed anything. I did not receive any medical advice, or medication.

    Yesterday, March 10th, I was charged a membership fee yet have not heard back in 11 days on the status of my refill. At this point there is a huge lapse in my medication. I sent 10 messages to the care team with no response on my shipment and nothing showing in my portal. I instructed the team multiple times that I would cancel my membership as I was literally unable to get timely care or responses. I want the $154 I was charged yesterday refunded. I have no idea what membership even consists of as I have gotten zero responsiveness or consistency in using this platform. Horrible scam business. I have used Ro since Nov 10, 2024 and the last 2 months were h*** trying to get anywhere with them.

    I made a one time purchase of the RO male enhancement pill without further obligation to receive anything else. Since then I've received 4 boxes of Roman SWIPES and charged $27 per box that I didn't order. On top of that the product was nothing like the advertisement said it would be! I've tried several ****************** to reach the company but haven't been successful! Please help make this right. Sincerely ***** *****

    I saw a special for generic ******* at $45 for the first month and gave my card info after filling out a quick questionnaire. My card was charged the $45 right away. I immediately got an email saying because the medication was in short supply I should select another medication. I was not given an option to wait for the medication to become available or cancel. The 2 alternate medications they presented were both much more expensive. This is clearly bait and switch. I sent an email to customer service but after reading complaints, I decided to submit this as well until the matter is resolved. Will update once I get a reply or a refund. I cant cancel my account or remove my payment info, so Im worried I will be charged more or they will send a medication I do not want.

    I reached out to Ro to get prescriptions medication and was told the membership fee would be $45 initial fee and $145 a month for membership, but did not entail that theres an additional charge for the prescription. They charged me the $145 for my subscription this month and then attempted to charge me another $255 this month. When I inquired I was informed that basically my plan is $399 a month. I emailed saying well I will cancel next month and find a more affordable program. They immediately canceled my prescription and now refuse to refill my medication.

    When I originally signed up for glp-1 shots with Roman Health Ventures (Ro) I was attracted to them due to multiple advertisements on multiple platforms stating that they have a new monthly price of $45 a month. Turns out that is for the first month only and does not include the shots. Then I was charged almost $400 dollars for the second month. I cannot find where these prices are outlined and I definitely feel bamboozled. I would have never signed up in the first place if that had been clear. Also, they dont have a phone answering service or really any customer service options besides messaging the same portal where you message their nurse practitioners. Please beware of this company.

    I joined Ro with the intention of using WeGovy for weight loss. Upon signing up, I was informed that my insurance did not cover the medication. I acknowledged this and explicitly stated that I still wanted the prescription regardless of coverage.From the start, communication was extremely slow, with responses taking three or more days per message. At one point, Ro informed me that I needed to fill out additional informationdespite the fact that I had already completed it. Nevertheless, I resubmitted the requested information. After that, I received no further response. I paid for one month of service without receiving anything in return. As my second month approached, I changed my insurance provider and informed Ro, again requesting the prescription I had yet to receive. They then told me they had a dedicated team reaching out to my insurance for approvala process they claimed would take two weeks because they are busy yet I pay monthly.I called my insurance provider directly, only to learn that Ro had never contacted them and that the standard approval process takes only 1-3 days. I decided to cancel my service and requested a refund, as I had received absolutely nothing for the money I paid.Initially, Ro responded by saying they had a non-refundable $45 fee for the time spent seeking insurance approval. While I was willing to accept this fee, they later informed me that they would not be issuing any refund at all.This service has been completely ineffective, frustrating, and unprofessional. Every response comes from a different person, always using a generic form response, making it impossible to make any real progress. The extreme delays and lack of transparency suggest that Ro is more interested in taking money than actually providing the services they advertise.I strongly advise against using Ro. This experience has felt like a scam, and I hope my complaint helps others avoid the same issues. Its a money grab.

    On 2/6/25 I wentbto Ro website. The puwas GPL-1 treatment. All info on web page and even my receipt indicates 145/mo. 1st mo 100 off. It does say if they prescribe after review, they will charge 45$. I proceeded. Got my receipt for 45$. Clicked on link in another email saying I was approved to click and pick my medication. ******** offering was 299$/month. Talk about bait and switch!

    This company provides folds and misleading marketing information in my case I was quoted $45 to start a weight loss program and then $145 a month. It was only after I had paid that it was made clear that this was to join a club not to receive the medication. The medication would cost an additional amount which was much higher than their competitors
