    I saw an ad for Ro and it said the membership was $45 to sign up and would be $145 a month after. I paid the $45 then it said I would need an at home test so I paid another $50. After I get out of the first prompts it finally lets me into the actual site. Turns out its around $399 month. Ive tried to get ahold of customer service. There is no way to contact anyone. Ive tried to cancel my membership, but it seems almost impossible to cancel. This site is extremely misleading and seems very much like a bait and switch tactic.

    I subscribed to RO sending in my information and past prescription for *********** 2mg. Waited for the approval from a doctor to have it sent after they had me pay 50 for the membership and 145 for the medication trusting they would read my information and send the appropriate dose. Instead my information was disregarded and was approved at the start dose and still charged for this although stated I did not want to start any lower than I take currently. I've had no response to my requests to fix this immediately and feel they just did whatever they pleased and did not care or listen to me at all. I did not agree to pay for the .2mg dose when I'm taking 2mg a week now. This is horrible customer service and I feel ************************** and scammed at this point. No number to call and no reply ??

    I was charged prior to being prescribed medication. 399$. I never spoke to a provider about my prescription and what the situation was for me personally. And I never approved the dosage of prescription but was charged.

    I reached out to a company called RO. I inquired about ******* and I inquired about ***********. I placed an order only to find that not only did I not get at all what I ordered but I got billed charges that were not even close to what it said online. I am working with my credit card company on four charges and thankfully they were the ones who contacted me to say this company was trying to place a charge on account and did I recognize it. It was what flagged me to the fact that they not only were charging me fraudulent charges but must have sold my credit card number because I had not released my card elsewhere. The only charge I felt I authorized was for $49.00 in which I never on my statement got billed for that. The four charges they billed me between Oct. and Nov. were 139., 99., 145., 149. I started reading then reviews after I cancelled my credit card and it blew up with complaints out here about them. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to be found to call them. I have been scammed.

    I subscribed to the Body Program hoping to find lower prices for my prescription. After consultation, they said the medication for my existing prescription was excluded and alternatives were not available. (Despite the medication being listed prominently in their marketing and advertisements.) The Terms and Conditions note that a refund could be issues when medication is not prescribed. However, during electronic correspondence, the care team stated that I would not be refunded. I would like the initial discounted $45 first month to be refunded.

    I have tried 5 payment methods, all with plenty of balance on the cards/accounts. Everyone claims to not go through, but none of the card issuers or banks have a record of being billed. And this company takes days to respond to messages, has no phone number, and cant do anything but ask for a new firm of payment.

    This is a bait and switch Scam. I was notified after they took my payment that it was actually for a program and not the medication. I contacted the company immediately via email to CANCEL and tell them this is not what I wanted or need (I already have a prescription through my doctor but was trying to find discounted medication due to a insurance change after the 1st of the year). The next morning the company charged me anyway and failed to cancel any subscription I may have had. This hidden "service" actually provides nothing if you already have a preauthorization. After they charged me, that's when I found out it will be $145/ month for their service and you have to pay additionally for the medication $250-$500+. Completely misleading the consumer by not making their process clear.

    The $45 initial fee is for a provider consultation, blood test (if necessary), GLP-1 prescription (if appropriate) and insurance support. It does not include medication. We would be more than happy to refund you the $45 but  it seems that you have already submitted a dispute with your financial institution which blocks us from being able to refund. Once we receive confirmation that this has been canceled we can proceed in assisting you with getting a refund.

    They need to have a link to cancel their services on the persons account page. They need to have they true cost of their services including the the medication price range on the web site before you even start to sign up.
