    Hello BBB.Veritas gave me an offer. I was promised a reward in return for bringing in potential employees. The deal was explained on the phone and confirmed in the email (attached) and it goes exactly like this:"1) If you refer a friend or a colleague from your past or current project for the H1B registration, which starts from 1st March 2023, upon successful registration of the candidate's profile for H1B, Veritas rewards you with a $100 gift card/candidate.2) Upon candidate's application getting picked in the lottery, if the candidate decides to proceed further and files the petition through us, Veritas shall bring him/her on the payroll (based on the project he/she brings upfront or Veritas gets for the candidate). Once the candidate starts working on Veritas's payroll, the referrer will be rewarded with an amount of $2500 as a fixed referral bonus or a percentage share out of Veritas's markup. This is our way of extending our thanks for sending a new employee our way!"I referred many of my friends and 6 of them got selected for H1B. And one of them joined Veritas in May, 2023. I have been reaching out to *****, *****, and **** since then but they never got back to me. After a few months, I reached out again in December and they paid me $600 for the initial reference, but I am yet to receive the remaining $2,500. I have attached all the emails that I have sent to them. I would really appreciate if BBB can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

    As arbitrated by BBB i was to be paid by teh business in three installments. But I have been trying to contact the business for last three weeks, with no response from them. Even after informing them that this will be escalated to BBB no reply. I would like to receive my pending payment from Veritas as they are avoiding me. I did mention **************** they ignored me before and just kept stalling me and the same attitude again. Before they were annoyed that I reported them to BBB and now again no response to my email. I would appreciate if my last payment for $983 which was due on February 24th, 2023 be completed and credited to my account. Please help me in this difficult time as $983 is a big amount for me to let go off. They are cheating other candidate the same way as they did to me. Please help me receive this amount from them. Thank you in advance. Please let me know if any other information needed from my end.

    Dates of transactions: January 24, 2020, January 26, 2020, March 2, 2020, and June 4 2020.Amount of money paid: $5050 total ($250 + **** + **** + **** = $5050) including wire fees.Business committed to providing placement services within their company or clients, and refund would be provided if services were not provided.The business was not able to provide any of their services to me and therefore was required to provide me with a full refund according to their terms and conditions. I requested a refund via the refund application form that they provided, but never received any refund. After numerous telephone calls and e-mails business kept saying that "we are working on it" but in the end never provided a refund and stopped responding to e-mails and calls. All refunds were supposed to have been processed within ****** days according to their terms and conditions. Refund was supposed to have been processed via a wire transfer to my bank in *******, as per conversation with "******"Order/account/tracking number: invoices #****, ******, and *******

    Hello,I paid the company $2950 as they approached me for recruitment with a promise to refund my money if unable to provide a job. Its been over a year and I am still waiting for my refund. I have been following up with them over the phone and email, but no reply now. They kept giving dates and now they have stopped answering call or emails. I would like your help and would like to file a compliant against them for harassments. I have all supporting emails and documents. No service was provided to me in the last two years. I have spoken to ******, *****, ****** and *****, all they do is stall and give different dates.Thank you in advance for your help Best *******

    In reference to your third request received on November 23, 2022, we would notify you that a settlement option was already informed to ******************************* and even after trying to settle it down she opted to proceed with a complaint with BBB, so we definitely would like your involvement in this matter, and we want to settle this via BBB,and we still offer the same settlement plan through BBB to *******************************.

    And below is the payment plan we offered to ******************************* and shall continue to process this through BBB also once she accepts the terms.
