  I cant say enough good things about knockout renovation! I first used them for my bathroom renovation about 20 years ago. Well, its that time again to renovate my bathroom again. I was extremely impressed with the way ***** has really stepped up his game! He had a designer with impeccable taste whom I worked with and she (*****) paid impressive amount of time with drawings and plenty of ideas. Knockout Renovation is literally a one stop shopping company. Knockout takes care of all the details so you dont have to. They work closely with your co-op & take care of all the paperwork which I hate! I highly recommend Knockout Renovation!

  ***** & the Knockout Renovation team blew us away with the level of professionalism and expertise. His head ***************** was a master of all and exceeded all expectations on his craftsmanship and tile work. Highly recommend him for any renovation needs! A+++++++

  I had a warrantee issue with a board under 1 cabinet and the company quickly sent a ********* to fix the problem in a profession and couteous manner..

  I was very “impressed” with the performance of this remodeling firm. My kitchen and bathroom came out marvelously beautiful. This firm handled my project with complete care and professionalism. The project manager and subcontractors were easy to deal with, and communication was great. The job was done in a timely manner as well. The price was fair for such high end beauty and worth it. In my eyes, Knockout Renovations gets an “Amen”. I strongly recommend!!!!

  Working with Knockout Renovation ("KR") was a total disappointment and very stressful, frustrating, extremely expensive, and unbelievably unprofessional. Their slogan we make renovating easier with ultra-concierge, all-in-one design and remodeling service couldnt be further from the truth in my experience and judging from other reviews I have read, I am not alone. From day one I felt like when Knockout Renovation was involved, they slowed the project down because of the layers of dysfunction on a daily basis, making it impossible to proceed and requiring my involvement and endless emailing.In retrospect, I wish I had taken more seriously the negative reviews I came across about KR before entering into an agreement to do a gut renovation of our small 300 sq. ft. studio apartment. I was initially told it should take about 4 -5 months to complete. Well, the Letter of Completion was finally issued in April of 2022, nearly 18 months later and I am still waiting for the final approval for the electrical inspection, over two years later.The list of things that went wrong is just too long to mention here but I was also assigned three project managers; the first one left after a year; the second one left and wasnt paid after 6 months; the third left and moved out of state. During our job, the Officer ************* left suddenly, the Controller moved to *******, and the architect assigned to our job was extremely difficult to deal with. Each time someone left it felt like I was starting all over again. KRs total lack of *************** (delays lasted months and nothing was done), constant excuses, non-payment of deposits for materials with no explanation, etc., required my constant involvement overseeing every detail. Here I was paying KR for concierge service and I was spending my time, day after day, managing the project. Somewhere along the way I lost total confidence in this company; therefore, I would never ever recommend them.

  We apologized to ******* and provided a significant discount and extra work for the delay. We turned her pre-war pied-a-************ into a gorgeous new Manhattan outpost with a larger kitchen, new bathroom, refinished floors, skim-coated and repainted *********** covers and more. We'd love to share the photos with you. She was advised that some of the products she chose had unusually long lead times. We have many highly satisfied clients and provide that list. The challenges of the pandemic have prompted further improvements to our system, now 30 years in the making.
