    I began using daily pay a few weeks ago, and they a fraudulently adding my paychecks today to appear as if I am making more than I am and taking all my money

    I have not recieved any earnings for 4/23/25 or 4/24/25 and i use that money to live on and pay bills and they say their has been a delay with kroger but it said that last week and dailypay worked fine last week but now it acts up yesterday on payday and the customer service agents dont help all they say is stuff they read off a script nd are no help at all so i would like to know when they are gonna fix the issues cause it shouldnt take 2 weeks to do if all your job is sitting at a computet all day I NEED MY MONEY SO FIX THE DELAY YALL GOT WITH KROGER

    I recently signed up to get the Dailypay card based on the fact that I could make instant transfers for no fee. When trying to make a transfer with no fee, it said i would still be paying 2.99 for an instant transfer so i contacted customer service. The following is from the chat.USER: So transfer to the card then the bank and it will be free AGENT (****): but as i told you i am going to help you after that with transfering the money to the bank from the card itself AGENT (****): Replying back to: So transfer to the card then the bank and it will be free exactly you got it right! AGENT (****): just do it to the card an d i am waiting for you no rush! USER: Yeah I transferred 200 to the card. How to transfer to my bank now instantly for free. USER: And now its 3.49 to transfer from the card so it costs more AGENT (****): just press on now AGENT (****): when you choose the card in the next page AGENT (****): the fees are going to dissappear AGENT (****): just try it. so after just trying i was charged 3.49 which is actually more than it would cost without the card, so listening to the agent and doing as she said i was charged. Then she told me I needed to contact card services if I wanted a refund. After calling card services and being told the agent I spoke to wasn't part of card services and didn't give me accurate information and they couldn't cancel the transfer and couldn't refund the fee, I requested to speak to a supervisor but was told they couldn't find one and eventually the woman hung up on me. I called back and the next person also said they couldn't find any supervisor. I shouldn't have to pay a fee, which was for doing exactly what the agent told me,. Then she told me to just make purchases with the dailypay card, but my bills are paid from my bank accounts, not the daiilypay card. I expect a refund for the fee, before i close my account and want all of my information removed from their system permanently when I close my account,

    Daily pay has continued to cancel my account for no reason Today the reactivate it as a new account which puts my money on hold for another payperiod This is a major inconvenience especially since its a holiday weekend I was told no worries next week you will have funds available I didnt cancel my account it was there error and yet I have to start over again??

    They double charged me for an advance and the first **** tried to refuse to send me to a supervisor to get it changed. When I finally got one I was told a cookie cutter answer without them even looking at my account. I will be seeking legal action and filing a class action lawsuit against your company.

    I just started using this company ******* work a week ago. This company is terrible its horrible and awful. With every *** you will speak to including supervisors they will all have different answers. My issue is what everyone elses issue is their earnings. Nothing that this company tells you will you ever understand. They have more system errors glitches in delays then any system in this world. It should never be this many delays when dealing with peoples financial needs. Its very much easier for me to deal with the ******** but when you get a *** **** not on the ******** they are refusing to connect you. No point in speaking to a *** who cant communicate effectively or understand you and vise versa. My issue at hand with this company is my earnings arent being ***orted after I worked. They will tell you its coming from your employer. Your employer will inform you that its a third party service. So your basically been bounced like a ball in between both companies. Which I refuse to do. They will life and say your employer didnt submit your earnings. Then when you reach out to your employer they have no acknowledgment of what your saying. They have terrible reviews from hundreds of people. If this isnt gonna run smooth like it should then Daily Pay should run at all. The lack of customer service skills from their ***s while interacting with customers about their income is at the bottom of the barrel. Its no way this company have **** of these ***s employed by them. They act like they hate their jobs. I would like my earnings made up to date.

    Daily pay has been very stressful to deal with from day1, earrings are not updated daily, it's always a problem on their end, when calling customer service you never get any answers to the questions you ask, they always tell you it's a technical issues that will be resolved 24 to 48 hours, meanwhile bills are due and there's no money available to do that, what's the point of daily pay if you don't have available funds daily, too many issues, it causes more stress than help, I'm backed up on my bills because of daily pay, I rather wait every 2 weeks for my pay because daily pay isn't a benefit at all....

    I've been using daily pay for the past several years and I've questioned my direct deposits because my hours and what Daily Pay deposit into my account does not add up. I transfer money through daily pay regularly but they have a set amount that's put to the side that we can't transfer. On February 14th I didn't receive a deposit at all. I had several hundred dollars that was set aside until pay day but on pay day I didn't any of it. With this pay period they claimed they overpaid me and now I haven't received my deposit for April 11th. I'm not understanding how I can get overpaid for hours I've worked. I'm looking for an explanation of where the money is that was suppose to be set aside until pay day and why my deposit for this pay period is delayed. There's been no changes to my hours or place of employment.

    Very misleading and difficult to cancel.Getting signed up and getting an advance is easy and also a trap that Daily Pay doesn't want the customer to realize. Once signed up they have your pay.Can sign up in minutes but the company makes it extremely difficult by making you wait weeks to cancel and get your pay returned to normal. Very difficult and costly for people that live pay period to pay period.
