I just started using this company ******* work a week ago. This company is terrible its horrible and awful. With every *** you will speak to including supervisors they will all have different answers. My issue is what everyone elses issue is their earnings. Nothing that this company tells you will you ever understand. They have more system errors glitches in delays then any system in this world. It should never be this many delays when dealing with peoples financial needs. Its very much easier for me to deal with the ******** but when you get a *** **** not on the ******** they are refusing to connect you. No point in speaking to a *** who cant communicate effectively or understand you and vise versa. My issue at hand with this company is my earnings arent being ***orted after I worked. They will tell you its coming from your employer. Your employer will inform you that its a third party service. So your basically been bounced like a ball in between both companies. Which I refuse to do. They will life and say your employer didnt submit your earnings. Then when you reach out to your employer they have no acknowledgment of what your saying. They have terrible reviews from hundreds of people. If this isnt gonna run smooth like it should then Daily Pay should run at all. The lack of customer service skills from their ***s while interacting with customers about their income is at the bottom of the barrel. Its no way this company have **** of these ***s employed by them. They act like they hate their jobs. I would like my earnings made up to date.Business Response

Daily pay has been very stressful to deal with from day1, earrings are not updated daily, it's always a problem on their end, when calling customer service you never get any answers to the questions you ask, they always tell you it's a technical issues that will be resolved 24 to 48 hours, meanwhile bills are due and there's no money available to do that, what's the point of daily pay if you don't have available funds daily, too many issues, it causes more stress than help, I'm backed up on my bills because of daily pay, I rather wait every 2 weeks for my pay because daily pay isn't a benefit at all....Business Response

I've been using daily pay for the past several years and I've questioned my direct deposits because my hours and what Daily Pay deposit into my account does not add up. I transfer money through daily pay regularly but they have a set amount that's put to the side that we can't transfer. On February 14th I didn't receive a deposit at all. I had several hundred dollars that was set aside until pay day but on pay day I didn't any of it. With this pay period they claimed they overpaid me and now I haven't received my deposit for April 11th. I'm not understanding how I can get overpaid for hours I've worked. I'm looking for an explanation of where the money is that was suppose to be set aside until pay day and why my deposit for this pay period is delayed. There's been no changes to my hours or place of employment.Business Response

Very misleading and difficult to cancel.Getting signed up and getting an advance is easy and also a trap that Daily Pay doesn't want the customer to realize. Once signed up they have your pay.Can sign up in minutes but the company makes it extremely difficult by making you wait weeks to cancel and get your pay returned to normal. Very difficult and costly for people that live pay period to pay period.Business Response

Daily Pay canceled my account without notice which left me with a balance of $*******. At that time i was told by said company that all my funds would be deposited into my bank account on file.I never received that deposit ,so I called and then was told I would receive a check with all my funds again I asked if it could be deposited and was told no it was coming in a check. I didn't receive the check until about a month later which would have been on or about Jan 13 2025. At the time I received the check I had no ID to cash the check so I held on to it in a purse of mines that was taken and I haven't got back as a result the check was never cashed. I called several times attempting to get the check reissued and this matter resolved to no avail. I've spoken with card services several employees and finally a Supervisor after been told several time there was no supervisor I could speak with and issued ticket after ticket with no return call within their 48hr policy as I spoke with the last and finally Supervisor **** I was told my issue would be sent up to higher supervisors and investigated I have yet to hear back from anyone on this matter myself and my employer HR at the time called on 3way to try and get the original check voided and a new one reissued she was reassured that it would be resolved once someone calls me back on the return call I was told someone would email me with a decision which I received an email asking for my info issue and amount that was owed to me after complying just to get another email stating how my money would not be issued back out to me and no other resolution would be taken on their end so basically I'm just out of my ******* that I earned by working no one gave me anything it's my money and I think this is unfair so I made Daily Pay aware that I would pursue this further until I get my hard earned money back I would hire a lawyer take them to court and also file a report with the **********************Business Response

This happened on April 9th 2025, daily pay wont let me access my account even after I reset my password and I call Customer support and they cant do anything because its a tech glitch but you cant contact the Tech team I just think if you have an app that deals with your money you should have Tech on standby but now im left to fend for myself till paydayBusiness Response

I use dailypay through my employer. My account was active and Im still an employ with the same company. Nothing has changed except my job title. Dailypay canceled my account that already had money available for no reason. I have a bill that was due and this is a huge inconvenience. My DailyPay account has cancelled over 43 times and when I call they continuously lie and say my employee id wrong, error at my job and I followed up with my HR and she said that everything is correct even showed me my employee id .. I have asked to speak to a supervisor but no one has called me and tried to get my account up and running I have to wait 2 to 3 days to get my money expedited so I can get it only for my account to cancel out againIt is called daily pay I should be able to access my account daily this has been going on for months I have sent them check stubs been very cooperative and nobody has called me and tried to fix the problemdaily pay takes most of my money cause I stay in hotels and I have to pay everyday and when they make me wait I have to sleep in my carThey keep promising it will not happen again and my account cancels they lie about the ticket numbers and they do not try to contact me and get the issue resolvedThey took my whole check when I got paid except 105 dollars so they know I need daily to survive and eatI am just tired of going thru this ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO FIX MY ACCOUNT WHERE I CAN USE IT DAILY LIKE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO THANKS FOR LISTENINGBusiness Response
