  Spam You know I got no problem with independent estimating companies.But I'm the only estimator for a small contractor, and we've got more work than we can do. I turn down offers to bid work every day. I dont need someone else to bid more work for me.But every day for about the last year I get a dozen e-mails a day from people out of state that want me to send them some plans for them to bid for me. I'm certainly not going to print their e-mail out and give it to my boss and let him decide if they are cheaper than I am.At first I actually picked up the phone and called these out of state estimators and politely explained my position to them, and asked them to remove me from their e-mail list.Of course that was a waste of time, and pretty **** on my part.And they probably dont really care if their unsolicited e-mails irritates me. I'm sure they'd be happy irritating ***** people if it got them 1 job.Personally, I cant believe anyone, that wanted to stay in business very long, would outsource their estimating.So I've had to resort to making a bunch of keyword based e-mail filters that auto-delete any e-mail using words such as "Takeoff" and "estimating", and just hoping no bonafide potential customers e-mail me asking for a "takeoff". Right now its worth the risk of losing work not to have to manually delete a dozen e-mails a day.But basically I've come to the conclusion that these guys, even if they are a legit estimating service, dont maintain their own e-mail databases. They just partner with someone else who specialized in mass spamming. They pay someone else to irritate me.

  A scam service... Emails from different gmail accounts coming in every day. Stay away like the plague.

  2 YEARS AND THE ***** ARE STILL EMAILING ME AFTER 2 YEARS OF ASKING TO BE REMOVED!!!! THEY DONT GIVE UP TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE!! B

  Scammers. Probably receive 20 emails a week from different email addresses. Repeated requests to remove me from their distribution list go ignored.
