COVERWHALE, the insurance agency. Admitted to utilizing bad/faulty/inaccurate ***/FMCSA data when initially reviewing my drivers license and *** company information in order to be eligible for a quote. Once CW underwriting approved my profile to be eligible for a quote, I was excited and waited to receive it in a few days. Once received, I approved the coverage and rate. Upon going into my 3rd month, they submitted a cancellation notice, does not meet underwriting requirements, that is it. Attached to the physical letter, it stated, there is still time to save this policy, please call now. I attempted to call for over 20hrs to only be on hold, never getting through to anyone. They only informed me of this information 2months after binding the policy with a cancellation notice received on 11/3/2024. It took the account representative almost one month to reply, (1day prior to cancellation date) to call me and inform me of what I am explaining now. The company willingly, knowingly, without a reasonable doubt was accepting & writing new policies with inaccurate data to conduct underwriting ********************** Resulting in massive financial damage to my company and loss wages. Coverwhale, should not have been accepting new quotes/clients when they knew their system was faulty. - Liable for AI system defects, malfunctions, and or financial loss caused by AI components offering - Liable for negligence with AI driven data - liable for damages caused by AI components and their offering(s).- Liable allegations of algorithmic bias - Liable system failures resulting in in-proper and or algorithm infringement - Liable for algorithmic bias Return all monies paid out by Quickstyle Transport, LLC pertaining to this binded policy. To include but not limited to;- Down Payment - Any/ All monthly payments paid out - Damages / Lost wages ($2,500 usd per day) based on 6day work week since Effective Cancelation date & new policy is/has been binded
