      Coverwallet, is an insurance agent which I was using for several years which allowed my insurance coverage to lapse without any warning or communication. The agent at coverwallet, ********************************* quit and the company never followed up with me in order to provide coverage. I attempted both telephone and email communication many times. Coverwallet failed to send the insurance binder to the broker causing my company insurance to be dropped. I have been working at risk and without insurance for over two months creating a serious liability for me and my clients.

      We cancelled our coverages with coverwallet. Approximately $2000 was returned from the finance company for unearned premiums and unearned commissions in January 2022. It is ***** and we called several times over past 3 months and they refuse to refund our money. This is a civil theft of our premiums. Multiple calls but no one will answer in ***. They never tell us when we will get our check. It looks like a scam and we wonder how many other people are being ripped off.

      Coverwallet never returned the unearned funds they collected from me.  This is based on accounting provided by Coverwallet and email correspondences.

      Paid for a policy renewal in January. After doing so I received a letter from am trust stating the policy was about to cancel do to non payment. Cover wallet ***** it was taken care of and everything is good. March 13 I received a policy cancellation an final audit. Called am trust multiple times as well as cover wallet. Cover wallet response is always an account rep will reach out to me. That never happens. After 2 weeks of am trust stating they still has not remitted payment I was forced with paying again and moving to a different broker. Many calls and emails to cover wallet for a refund of the policy I never received goes un answered. And the continue to **** me for a policy that was canceled due to then never remitting the payment.
