    On Dec 6th 2024, at *********************************, I parked my car at the curb legally, and the car was hit by another car, my car was not able to move , I hired a towing company to tow my car to a repair shop. The opposite's insurance company estimate total loss of my car, but their compensation was deducted the storage fee at the repair shop and 10% off from the car value, it is unfair tome. I request you to involve this case and request them to compensate me fairly. The compensation should include the value of the car, my wage lost, towing fee, traffic reimbursement, and etc. The most important is, the storage fee at the repair shop should be paid by them, not me. The 10% off is not acceptable, if they want to charge money, they should charge from the insured person, their client, it was his fault to cause this crash, not **** called their company's Third Party Property Damage Claims Examiner ***** ****** ******************** many times but no answer, I received Heydi's email on Dec 31st, she told me to move the car away from the repair shop, or any storage fee should be cost by me after 01/01/2025, it is unfair to me to pay for the towing. I called the appraiser in the email, also no answer, they never feed back to me, and dont want to pay me the compensation, CHEATING company!I am here to ask you to involve this case and urge them to pay me the total loss $10,495.90 which is shown on the estimate, but not $7,008.68 in the email which ***** ****** stated.

    My vehicle was struck by another driver in the state of ************. My vehicle has custom parts on the front otherwise known as aftermarket parts. This insurance company admitted fault a week and a half after investigating with video proof that I was not at fault then stated that they would not pay for the custom parts. After going back-and-forth, they finally relented in stated that they would pay for the custom parts but when it came time for the rental, they told me that their policy was at max only $30 a day for reimbursable. I could not find any rental company that would offer a rental in the state of ************ for $30. They are for me to pay well over $1000 in rental fees for a not at fault accident that I didnt cause.

    I tried to cancel an auto insurance from this company but they refused to help and refused to refund my payment. The company is scamming me. The leased car's owner was my ex-husband, who recently passed away. The car was tolled away by the car company along with the license plates on it. The license plates belonged to my ex-husband. The auto insurance is under my name and owned by me. I explained this to the insurance company and provided the death certificate. I need to cancel this insurance as the car does not have anything to do with me now. The company used lame excuse that I need to return the plates to DMV in order to cancel, which is not possible due to the fact that the car is already towed away. In addition, even if I can get the license plates, I won't be able to return it because I am not the owner of the plates. I only own the insurance which now is covering a car that is not under my control anymore. The company should cancel this insurance immediately and refund the remaining covered period from 06/28/2024 to 8/08/24 . I requested cancellation on 06/28/2024.

    I was in a hit and run accident with one of their drivers on May 7th. Their driver deliberately hit my car then drove away. I submitted all photos to them. They sent an offer of 50% coverage for the damages citing that their driver claimed I hit his car first and we are both to blame. I revealed that I have video of the accident. I submitted the video showing their driver hitting my car with no prior contact from mine to theirs. The company said they reviewed the videos and still believe that I am 50% liable. This is clearly a scam to force me to go through my own insurance company where I have to pay my deductible and my insurance will take a loss after suing.

    One of their customers hit my vehicle and they have yet to send someone to fix my car. They are taking their time, and I am wasting money taking an Uber to work.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against COUNTRY-WIDE Insurance Company regarding their handling of my insurance policy and a recent issue concerning an accident report and premium increase.I hold Policy Number U ********* with COUNTRY-WIDE Insurance. Recently, I received correspondence from COUNTRY-WIDE requesting completion of an MV-104 form regarding an accident that occurred on 02/12/2013. However, I had already submitted the MV-104 form to both COUNTRY-WIDE and the ********** of ***** Vehicles (DMV) a year ago. Despite this, I am still being asked to resubmit the report after a year.Furthermore, the accident did not result in any injuries or property damage, and I was not deemed at fault. However, COUNTRY-WIDE mistakenly attributed fault to me, resulting in several insurance companies refusing to accept my insurance. As a result, my insurance premiums have increased significantly, which I believe is unjust and unfair.I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with COUNTRY-WIDE Insurance, seeking clarification on whether further action is required regarding the accident report and requesting a review of the premium increase. However, I have not received a satisfactory response from them.I believe that COUNTRY-WIDE Insurance has failed to uphold its obligations under our insurance policy and has engaged in unfair and deceptive practices, and resulting in unwarranted premium increases and difficulties in obtaining insurance coverage elsewhere.I request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address these concerns. I also seek assistance in resolving the issues with COUNTRY-WIDE Insurance and obtaining a fair resolution to this dispute.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this issue.

    Car was hit by one of their insured drivers. Company dodged me for months, was without a car ended up going through my own insurance. Pathetic, this company shouldnt be in business, *** should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a company like this.

    My car has a fender ****** with this insurance client, the process has been a nightmare and took so long. As of now I have been 2 months without car, the adjuster took so long to contact the body shop and has been dodging my call. The claim customer service told me the ********************** will only reimburse car rental for 3 days which is fine if thats how long it takes for the body shop to fix my car, but they cant even start to work on the car since the adjuster has not get in touch with them to give them the supplement that they needed. Whenever I tried to ask this insurance company, the adjuster cant be reach and the claim service just kept telling me to wait.

    On 5/22/23 while making a left turn into a side street, the driver on the streer I was turning proceed forward to make a left turn and hit me in the middle before I was able to complete my turn. I called his Insurance Co, Countrywide, and submitted a claim. Days after I was told to send in pics of damage and any proof, which I did. About 2 weeks later I received a letter of them only excepting 50% because they stated both drivers were making a left turn. That *** be true but in this particular case only 1 driver can have the right of way which was myself as I did not have a traffic signal and the other party was at a stop sign. They were in a rush because they had to deliver a Chinese Food order so someone else took it in another car. I have tried calling the representative multiple times and left several messages with no response. Called the supervisor of whom I spoke with *** she stated she will review and call me back within 24 hrs. No follow-up done. Now here I am a week later and no one is answering or calling me back. This is a joke of which I see is their common practice based on other complaints. I work for a major insurance company and we dont treat anyone like this. Another thing is that they are asking me to sign and have notarize a paper releasing them from any further damages/money. Not happening when I was not at fault. I dont know how they could think they could get away with this as this goes against Reg 64. They have not negotiated the repairs with my Body shop of choice. If they dont have in house adjusters then they need to send an independent to my shop of choice and reach an agreement with them. Its not that hard.

    On December 16 2022 I was rear-ended at a red light. I called the drivers insurance which is country wide insurance to file a claim. Since I was not at fault for any of the damages done to my car country wide insurance is responsible for covering the damages since it was their insured driver that hit me while I was stopped at a red light. After I filed a claim with country wide insurance on December 20 2022 which difficult to do in the first place I was told to email a picture of my damages, mileage and registration of my car to *********************** which I did on December 20 2022 right after I finished filing the claim with them. I was also told that the person taking over my claim would be ************** and that her extension # was ****. I have been calling her everyday since December 20th 2022 and she has not been answering my calls and I have been leaving voicemails every time she does not answer. Since December 20th ************************************************************* when they will cover the damages done to my car. I know legally they have to cover the damages to my car since I was not at fault in the accident and I feel as though they are purposely not answering my calls in order to avoid paying me out. Attached are photos of the damage done to my car, the other drivers insurance showing that they are insured under country wide insurance, and a picture of the email I was told to send to country wide insurance claims department.
