      Policy # ************ My mother, who is a ******* immigrant who doesn't speak any English, purchased this life insurance policy above and completed five years of premium payments in June 2019, with coverage up to age 95. However, Metlife continued to send quarterly letters asking for premiums thereafter and we had unknowingly continued 7 of those premium payments, which provided no additional benefits other than contributing to the greed of Metlife.We are fortunately ok financially, however I don't know how many people Metlife may be applying this same tactic towards. They should not be sending these letters and preying on those who may be vulnerable.

      Dear Sir/Madam, We requested the cash surrender value letter from Metlife Insurance. They sent me the statement with that info. However, I believe, their value is wrong because of the following reasons. (1). As of June 21, 2019, the cash surrender value is $13,874.74 (2). As of Nov 7, 2019, the cash surrender value is $10,374.13 (3). As of Feb 25, 2020, the cash surrender value is $14,023.74. Please explain why the value went down between June 21, 2019, and Nov 7, 2019, then it went back up again? I believe it is a calculation error. Please fix the problem and send me the statement with the correct value as of Nov 7, 2019. I am trying to correct this problem for over an year. There is no way to get it corrected without the BBB's help. Thank you for your help. I am attaching the above-mentioned 3 statements from Metlife insurance. Please contact me if you need any more information.

      Dear ********** ** requested the cash surrender value letter from Metlife Insurance. I believe, their Nov 13, 2019 value is wrong because of the following reasons. (1). As of May 13, 2019, the cash surrender value was $46,062.41 (2). As of Nov 13, 2019, the cash surrender value is $35,750.00 (3). As of Feb 25, 2020, the cash surrender value is $47,794.54. Please explain why the value went down between May 13, 2019, and Nov 13, 2019, then it went back up again? I believe it is a calculation error. Please fix the problem and send me the statement with the correct value as of Nov 7, 2019. I am trying to correct this problem for a while. There is no way to get it corrected without the BBB's help. Thank you for your help. I am attaching the above-mentioned 3 statements from Metlife insurance. Please contact me if you need any more information.
