    I have called and emailed Hudson Insurance Group multiple times since 3/27 trying to cancel my umbrella policy held by them effective immediately.I have spoken to live agents and left voicemails. Always being redirected and told someone will call me back. Per my voicemails and emails I wanted to cancel my umbrella policy with Hudson Insurance Group as of the week of 3/24/25 and to receive a prorated refund sent to my property on the policy, ******************************************************* However, no one will acknowledge my messages or return my phone calls, the people I have spoken to have redirected me or taken messages and told me someone would reach back out but they have not.

    I filed an insurance surety bond claim against Hudson back in September of 2023. *** been told on numerous occasions the payment would be mailed in 2 weeks and that has turned into a 4 month waiting period. Id like some assistance with receiving some type of correspondence regarding my claim.
