      I signed up for a free account with QR Code Generator pro powered by Bitly. I got an email saying my free QR code would stop working unless I signed up for a monthly subscription. The website makes it look at though you will be charged ***** per month. I was suprised to find that they charged the whole year all at once - over 200$. I felt as though I was tricked by their website. When I tried to revoke the subscription realizing I made a mistake signing up for this, I could not get ahold of customer sevice after 4-5 attempts. On their website it states that : Y "You can revoke a new subscription within 14 days of purchase according to the Rights of Withdrawal for Consumers in our Terms and Conditions. This is exclusive to consumers and does not apply to contract renewals.If you would like to revoke your subscription, please send your request via our 'Contact Form' within 14 days of your purchase." The problem is, no one will reply to help me with this and there is no way to call customer service. I am just taken to a BOT chat that leads to nowhere. It is very frustrating and I feel as though I was scammed because of their vague pricing and lack of communication.

      I receive numerous emails per day with re-directs of your service to various scam pages. You are to CEASE IMMEDIATELY allowing this to happen.

      Good Morning, I've been using Bitly suite of services for the last 2-3 years but recently I've communicated to Bitly company my intention not to renew my subscription for the next year and not to charged any pay service on my credit card. A Bitly customer care agent confirmed my account was set to free and that my card wouldn't have been charged in the future. On the contrary, after a few weeks, they charged me for their services without any authorization and after confirming they won't have. I'm trying to get in contact with them to get refunded. the total amount to refund is 1007,56 *********,63 euro bank commission for the operation both charged on cc **** *****. Can you please help me to get refunded? I didn't receive a clear and solutioning answer from they support center, I've already contacted to get an explanation and the related refund My company name is: Business Target Srl primary bilty mail address: ************************** My name *********** (card owner) thanks in advance for your help

      Bitly charged me $30 a month without any action, acknowledgement, or approval from me. I had signed for the free plan. Login logs on their platform show that my last time logged in was in February 2021, on May 2021 a $30/mo plan was created and active for ************************************************************* any communications from the company to know that these charges were taking place. Their logs show I never logged in to sign up for that service or to use the service .I have reached out to the company for an explanation and a refund. They totally ignore my requests and simply say to cancel the subscription. I NEVER signed up for the service and had no idea I was being charged.

      A debit occurred on my checking account 7/5/2022 for ***** from *********. I don't know who this is and what they do but I did not authorize this transaction. When I get an overdraft when this transaction posts, I want them to pay my overdraft fee in addition to the *****, plus the $1.00 transaction on my account.

      A company acquired by Bit.ly called QR Code Generator says you can create a free QR Code and link it to your website. We put that code on hundreds posters in our community advertising our 6th annual free yoga in the park that we host. I got an email that my trial would expire and that the code would be deactivated. This was not disclosed anywhere when setting up the code. We are now forced to purchase a 1 year contract with this company to reactivate the code. There are many complaints on their ******** page that people are upset about what I just mentioned but they also cannot get their money back when canceling contracts. They also do not let you email support. They give an email address but that email bounces back as a do not reply so you basically cannot get any help.As a result of their lack of transparency I don't feel comfortable purchasing anything else with this company. However, we have 100s of posters we paid to print with this code so that our community would get details about the free yoga event.It now goes to a dead link where people can't get the event details they need and it also potentially damages our reputation by not functioning properly.This is a bait and switch tactic that is very shady and not disclosed.
