    The business is ************* owned by Fundstrat. They dont have a proper subscription portal that shows payment mechanisms saved. For my account, no paypal account is shown as added but they charged it automatically for annual renewal. Also, I didn't get a notice before renewal as I am required to get a notice about the annual account being charged. I got auto renewed for the fsinsight account. In **********, if the automatically renewing offer includes an initial term that lasts for one year or longer, then the business must provide notice between 15 days and 45 days before the date of renewal.The date of charge: 25 Nov 2023 Payment method: Paypal (although no listing of this is shown saved in the website ************* for my login. The customer support person ********************* is unfriendly and simply replies saying if an annual subscription is not terminated prior to the expiration of the subscription year, the subscription will automatically renew for another one year period.Moreover, they charged my account $2628 instead of $2100 that was their promotion at the time of charge.
