    Closing for the 4th time March 4th ************************************************** the amount of $10,000 ************** has promised payment for interest in estate for over 2 years, but has only produced excuses for not completing the transaction Each time he has been pressed about the matter he has made 1 excuse after another for why he has been delayed.; paperwork, insurance underwriter, covid 19, false paperwork, incomplete contracts etc (over 2 years before even producing a closing date)When I talked to ************** at length (over a year ago); in the conversation he assured me of how forthright, and honest he is. He has misled, dodged, and even outright lied to myself and my family for over 3 years. He has changed names of the company during his venture with us, but is actually in breach of the contract he was to complete with myself and other family members. ********************** *************************************** and ************************* <*************************************** are the two principals we have been in some communication with. They fluctuate between ***** family investment, and american regional capital; basically which ever suits their purpose it seems.

    On March 4th, my siblings and I signed closing documents for a property that we agreed to sell to CEO *********************** of American Regional Capital. The contract was sent to us around October of 2020 and we agreed that upon signing the closing documents, we would recive a total of $10,000 to each 6 of us. After a long grueling process and broken promises, we eventually closed on March 4th. We received $500 as part of the contract wiich we've received in November 2020, but we were supposed to receive the remaining $9,500 each by June 28th, 2022. We haven't received anytrhing from ************** up until now (July 6th, 2022}. We've sent emails and called to leave messages and he just ignores us. We had to initiate contact with him constantly and its obvious that he has no intentions of paying us what we agreed upon.and we haven't received nothing up until now (July..
