I mailed Worthy Few thousands of dollars worth of jewelry. Some were heirlooms. Their advertising stated they would send me an estimate within 72 hours. And if I didn't like it, I could get my jewelry back. All I got was a very small check ($100). No estimate. I am furious! I want me jewelry back!!!

Worthyfew my client ID *********** **** Rep: ******************************* Worthyfew company name.Sent my jewelry in the priority mail envelope they provided to Worthyfew HQ on 7/26/************************************************************ no complete address given on mailer to them or tracking receipt delivery.Tracking number ********************** This was tracked as delivered to:********, ** ***** on 7/28/2023 Received an email from their experts on 08/01/2023, saying all my jewelry was counterfeit and had very little value so they were going to destroy my jewelry unless I sent them proof of purchases and picture ID. I answered on 8/09/2023 and explained they were gifts from family members from over ***** years ago. As such I have no receipts. Their answer was that they were required by law to destroy any counterfeit jewelry. Who says it's counterfeit? Only they do! When I read all the fine print it says I have to send them $100 to get them back. What guarantee do I have, after all this, that if I send them this money, I will also lose that too. My cust rep ********* has not said anything more. I have emailed again on 8/10/2023, called and left message at ************* on 8/10/2023 and emailed again requesting return of my jewelry on 8/13/2023, and 8/16/2023. No further emails answered to date. I will try calling tomorrow again. Please help me retrieve my jewelry it is irreplaceable. ********* did acknowledge that they are of sentimental value to me but not of any monetary value for them to buy. The wedding band set and peridot gold ring were both gifts from my late husband, purchased at Service Merchandise over 30 yrs ago. The 20" italian gold chain was my brother's gift to me as the other gold rings were gifts from my aunt and uncle over 40 yrs ago. I thought, by the reviews, they were a reputable company but I was so wrong. Please help me get them back.

In June of this year I mailed 3 rings worth about $1000.00 to worthyfew in New York. They never contacted me about receiving them. I emailed them numerous times, I called them at least 10 times and left many messages because they do not answer the phone. I never heard a word back from them.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Worthyfew regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

WorthyFew finally emailed me and told me they had sent me a check for my jewelry for $52.00 and considered the transaction finalized. They didn't even give me an option regarding my jewelry. I remember receiving a check with absolutely no markings as to who it was from. It came in a plain white envelope. The check was for $52.00 drawn on *********** the same bank I do business with, so I thought it was from my bank. I sent WorthyFew 3 rings worth well over $1000.00 so $52.00 was no where near the value of them. I would never have accepted that amount had I been given a choice.

Worthyfew sent me a prepaid package for my jewelry. I mailed the package on July 19 20 23. They sent me email stating they received my jewelry. A few days later I got another email stating that my jewelry did not meet their criteria and they want me to use a PayPal link to send them $100 to cover return and insurance. PayPal would not accept the link and told me to report site. PayPal would not let me screenshot this . I sent another email to let them know the PayPal link did not work and also screenshot of their policy on returns which said free returns shipping and insurance on July 28,2023.

On May 27, 2023 I retuned the mailing kit that they sent me with 30 pieces of high-end jewelry which had a current market value of several thousand dollars. The items included diamond rings and bracelets along with diamond, **** and sapphire rings. They sent me an email acknowledging that they had received the kit and were assessing the items. They failed to email me subsequently and when I requested an update, I was told that they had sent me a check that was cashed. We did receive a check for $112 with no explanation. We were expecting a check from ***** Fargo for a class action lawsuit, and we understood that was what we had received. I am very disappointed with this company and have filed a review to warn other individuals who are contemplating doing business with them.

In Feb, I responded to a ******** ad for WorthyFewcom to sell unwanted jewelry. I received a pre-paid mailer from them and instructions for sending jewelry items. The items and mailing packet were sent from the *********** **** on 2/14, and received on 2/17, as notified by the company email. I was waiting to find out what the company was offering for the 5 items I sent (Sanmarco bracelet, Black Hills Gold bracelet, 1 ring, 1 white gold watch case, a pair of hoop earrings). I did not get a response after sending m any emails and calling the phone number listed. Their response was that they send me a check for the items. Indeed I did find the check, which was for $63.00. This did not constitute an "offer" as there was no detailed accounting of which items this amount covered. In any case, as the above items were in carats of 14k, 12k and I think 1 was 10k, that check was severely undervalued. Company claims as I did not respond in a timely manor, this automatically constituted acceptance of their offer. No where in their material is this indicated. When I was finally able to reach their ******************** I was told that they no longer had the jewelry items I had sent and that I had the check. These items are worth at a minimum of $400. I tried to return the check via certified mail to their **************** but it was returned as there not being sufficient address information (yet the re-paid mailer was received there).. In my estimation, this constitutes theft. I did post a negative review on their FB page and also sent a complaint to the **** I was advised by AARP to also file a complaint with BBB. At the minimum, these people should NOT be in a business that allows them to engage is such egregious practices. I'm retired and cannot afford to lose this money as it is needed for other urgent things like home repairs.

Jewelry (ring) was sent to Worthyfew in ******** via their jewelry mailer by priority envelope provided by them. It was tracked by **** ********************** as received on 10 June 2023. My client ID with the company is ********. This company has failed to respond as to receipt and status of the ring for 4 weeks. Their advertisement states that they would respond in 72 hours upon receipt of the package which is causing me concern.
