Purchased a Spiritual Tiger Beads Bracelet in 2021 and in September of 2024 paid to have the clamp replaced as it broke. A few weeks ago the entire wire of the bracelet snapped and broke again. I find it a little ridiculous to possibly have to pay two repair costs within 8 months for a $500 bracelet as the issue clearly seems to be manufacturing quality issue.Customer Answer

I purchased earrings on order *********, and received the earrings on 1/10/25. The outer packaging was intact. Inside the inner box, however, one of the earrings was attached to the "tree" inside the box, and the other was not attached, but was rattling around the box. The loose earring was clasped, so it appeared it had never been attached to the tree. I contacted DY by email on 1/10/25 to let them know about this packaging problem, and that I was very unhappy to receive such an expensive item bouncing around inside the box, which definitely meant that the two earrings could have rubbed on and damaged each other during transit. I received no response to my email. I contacted them again by email on 1/13/25; still no response. I contacted them today 1/15/25 by phone and was told I would receive an email responding to the problem today. Again, no communication. It appears that they do not care about me as a customer, and they do not care that I received expensive earrings bouncing around inside the box. At this point, I will not do business with this company again, because how can I trust them if they don't bother to respond to customer issues?Business Response

I hope that, going forward, DY upgrades its customer communications to match the quality of the brand. Currently, their poor customer service gives the brand a black eye, and makes the company seem much less reliable. It makes me wonder whether to buy from them again. Yes, they sent me a small gift, but even in that case, I had to wait and wonder whether it would ever show up, and again, they did not even bother to respond to my request for a tracking number. It appears to me that things are still bad with DY's customer service communications. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I am writing regarding my order, number *********, which was considered lost by ***** on September 23, 2024. I was informed by David Yurman customer support that a refund would be issued by October 1, 2024, but I have yet to receive the refund.I am requesting that the full refund of $187.25 be processed promptly. I have several emails confirming that the item was considered lost and that a full refund would be issued. I tried calling *** ********** at the number provided and received no answer and I wasn't able to leave a message.
We can confirm that *** ********** did not speak with customer care at ********************** regarding non-receipt of order *********.
We can also confirm that the documentation supplied regarding the refund was not generated from our systems.
Additionally, the information provided from ***** is not accurate as well. When I spoke with ***** they confirmed the below:- ***** confirmed that no claim for non-recipe was opened for this order.
- Fed Ex also confirmed that the ** reference number on his documentation was related to another tracking number.
- The picture provided is not the same as the picture on ***** for tracking number ************In order to move forward with this complaint we would need all documentation provided forwarded from the original emails received
and emailed to ************************************************************.I look forward to the email.

I purchased a lot of items from David Yurman, I received a box with NO jewelry that I had ordered. I have tried MANY times to get this resolved and I have NOT been able to get in contact with someone for over 2 months. I have an aggressive dog so I had to sign for the package through the door for his safety. I noticed the box was tampered with so I RECORDED MYSELF OPENING IT. submitted that to them, they denied my claim. Made a claim through the shipping company, nothing. I purchased a bracelet (Madison ****** with 18K gold) a Gold with diamonds initial amulet, a sterling silver with diamond initial charm with chain, two cable collectibles charm brushed enamel with diamond in 2 different colors within the last 30 days. I also purchased over **** bracelets in the last 3-4 months, 2 rings, 2 pr earrings & 2+ necklaces...from **** stores, the ** boutiques & including the LV outlet. I have a ** collection with hundreds of pieces. Ironically was a guest of ***************************** at the ******** Ball in ** years ago & met the lovely couple & have worn Yurman on book covers/appearances etc... & the boutiques have "dressed" me (ie loaned jewelry) for the ball, cover shoots & appearances. ** team has ALWAYS been very gracious & even donated to charities benefiting ***************** These are reasons why I am loyal to this brand--even with the rise of equivocal competitors! Imagine my surprise & utter disdain for the lack of customer service when the charm bracelet that their boutique staff recommended & 4 charms were purchased FELL off within an hour or two of wearing and my subsequent disastrous conversation with their "customer care". Spoke with 2 persons including "Supervisor" ******* who repeatedly said that they were not responsible for lost or stolen items & directed to ************'s. ANYone knows that but if I purchase an item with an OBVIOUS DESIGN ************* U why would U not be concerned. ************** conceded that there was an OBVIOUS flaw & will send replacements after the lack of ownership by **. ** team actually was condescending & repeated the same stance & inferred that I did something wrong. So very disappointing & causes me to question the current state of this brand which is so unlike the lovely founder that I met. My time, loyalty & certainly $$ should be valued & they are NOT by ** team. It pains me to come to this realization. I see other reviews which are bad on BBB site I'm shocked! In December of 2022, I bought a gold necklace for $1,386.13 on David Yurman's website. The package, as decided by the vendor, was supposed to be delivered by ***** with a "direct signature" required. Unfortunately, the item has never been delivered to me, although ***** claims that they did. I filed inquiry with ***** twice, and both times my claim was denied, at the same time ***** is unable to produce a copy of my signature. I contacted David Yurman's customer service, but they stated that it will take some time for them to "investigate" what happened. Since the charge was posted on my **************** card, I notified them to suspend the full amount until there is an investigation conducted. Once David Yurman found out about me contacting AmEx they submitted false documents without any signature (again as required) to AmEx and my account was re-billed. I tried 3 times to file this complaint with AmEx but they conveniently accepting a false delivery confirmation submitted by the dishonest merchant (the document itself clearly states - DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED). I spoke to David Yurman's customer service supervisor, but this woman is completely unprofessional and impossible to talk to (really sad that David Yurman sells quality items and has low quality employees onboard...). I hope BBB can help me to resolve this unresolved for almost 3 months issue.Initial Complaint

I bought a ring from this brand specifically for the design as it was the only ring *** found that matched one that my grandmother gave me. I bought the Astor double band with diamond pave in yellow gold back in march if 2019. About a year later diamonds from the pave have fallen out. Around September of 2021 I took the ring back to finally have it repaired. Since then *** sent in this ring for repairs multiple times over 2021 to the point where I hardly wore the ring because a month after I would get it back diamonds would fall out again. One sales associate actually blamed me for the brands poor craftsmanship and I eventually went to another store for a sales associate to give me a better solution. They proposed a style exchange explaining that the ring I had was a flawed style. When I emailed about this I got no response or follow up about trade in and since that point in September another diamond has fallen out. Ive never been treated so poorly by any luxury brand. Part of the price tag is a product the brand will stand behind and Im disappointed in the quality and customer experience as a whole. No other jewelry brand at this price point has ever treated me this way or had these issues. Also prior to this I lost a $1300 bracelet from them that was a gift because the magnetic clasp was faulty. Absolutely the worst experiences Ive ever had as a customer and client. I dont think words can ever match how shocked and disappointed in this brand I am.Customer Answer

I purchased a morganite chatelaine ring for my daughter for her graduation present. She wore the ring for less than six months, and not even on a daily basis the stone quickly became dull and very cloudy. I took it to my jeweler, who informed me that the stone was of poor quality. The ring was very expensive and David Y***** guarantees the quality of their jewelry but actually does not offer any warranty. I sent it back to David Y***** to be repaired, hoping that they would replace the stone but they were only willing to pay for half of the repair which is not a repair in actuality Its replacing a cheap stone that they claimed to be of high quality. I purchase a ring for my wife off of the David Yurman website. I gave it to my wife and she decided that she did not want it so I contacted David Yurman and let them know that I would like to return it. It was within the 45 day return period and the person on the phone assured me that it would not be a problem. I sent back the ring with the box it came in as instructed. After about 2 weeks I called to check on the status. I was told that they received the ring and they are still processing it. That same day I received the ring in a zip lock bag with a note telling me that the ring is not in a condition in which they can sell it. A very rude and arrogant person from David Yurman called me back and told me that he has microscopic pictures showing that there are scratches on the ring. There are no scratches. It is in mint condition. They are refusing to refund me my money. At no point did anyone inform me that you are not allowed to wear the ring at all.
