    We walked in 5 minutes before their closing time, and **** assisted us without any urgency or pushes, he showed their selection of diamond watches and not just Rolex but also less known brands such as Luxurman and ************, explained about the differences in movements, their warranty and history of the companies (I was looking for a nice diamond watch that has real diamonds and nice bling factor but not crazy expensive), he answered every questions detail. It was the best experience weve had at a jewelry store yet (and weve been to a lot). If you're looking for a nice watch, honest opinion or have any specific jewelry needs (we purchased a very unique pendant and a custom ring that was done per our design as well from ItsHot a while back), this is the man to see!

    The staff was extremely helpful. I came in looking for the perfect anniversary gift, but I wasn't sure if I should purchase a diamond ring, earrings, bracelet, or necklace.. The team was able to help me narrow the selection based on the preferences of the wearer as well as my budget. I enjoyed the shopping experience and was delighted with my purchase. The receiver loved the diamond stud earrings and I will definately be back for all my other jewelry needs.

    Very happy with the watch selection they have on hand. I was able to try on several different high-end models ranging from ***** to **. The salespeople seemed to be experts in their field and managed to answer the questions I had and I happily bought myself a beautiful diamond *****. Very happy with the service and my purchase.

    Defective Diamond watch- I purchased a grad gift, ****ct Diamond watch on 5/25/22 my niece worn the watch ONE time on 7/9/22- all of the diamonds around the watch face came off- after the first and only use. I request the watch be replaced- the company told me its past 30days, the 5yr warranty doesnt cover the removable Diamond bezel. The watch doesnt have a removable bezel, theres NO clips to see in place or unhook- how can diamonds be removed that were set in place. Stay away from this store- false and misleading product details.

    Sorry, we do not monitor this platform so just saw the review. The watch customer purchased has a removable bezel, which is clearly described in the manual that came with the watch. What most probably happened is niece tried to remove it and then when she put it back, did not properly s**** it in. This is not a manufacturer defect and can not be covered under the watch warranty. We did offer customer a new bezel at our own cost, but as we explained, we are sorry but we would not be able to send replacement bezel for free.

    Incorrect analysis, my niece as well as myself had NO idea the bezel was removal able. If in fact the item description would have stated the bezel was interchangeable-with a chance of it coming off I would have never purchased the watch. The merchant states "in the manual" correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't receive the manual after purchase, the advertised item description clearly states (2) additional watch bands are included with the purchase, but NEVER states the diamond bezel was removeable-this is clearly a seller advertisement switch, now I'm left with a defective product, that requires me to spend more money with the seller, great way to milk the customer. I can't wait too hear back from ** ************************* ***** *** *** *** all of which I filed complaints.

    Called in yesterday to purchase a black diamond ring for my wifes birthday. Staff was extremely friendly and the service was outstanding. The ring is a beautiful, quality product, but most important wife is very happy. Would like to thank **** for taking the time to help us. Will definitely be considering them for my next purchase.

    I was looking for a custom diamond tennis bracelet (I wanted to mix diamonds and emeralds and needed it in a particular width and lengths). ItsHot team responded on the same day and made the process very smooth. Price is very reasonable (one of the lowest ones I received) but their response times and quality of work is second to none. Its my go to jewelry store from now on.

    Everyone here was lovely and patient in helping me design and tailor diamond pendant for my nephew. Two guys I spoke with were attentive and definately experts in their business, making the process an incredibly simple and smooth one. It took less time than expected to get the 3d model which showed me exactly how the pendant will look and after my approval I had my pendant in less than a week. The result is fantastic - perfect work. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

    The customer service is outstanding. I was greeted and helped right away. **** was very thoughtful and offered multiple options of jewelry sets (earrings and matching ring) that my mom really liked. It was a good experience overall and jewelry feels quality made and at a very good price.

    I purchased my earrings online on itshot.com website and they came in super quickly! Earrings look even better than they did in the photos and it was definitely a risk worth taking (but with credit card payment protection it wasnt really a risk, but still glad I pulled the trigger). Love the website, great selection, very good prices, no sales pressure, I can shop there whenever I feel like and most importantly great quality jewelry. Definitely ************ to buy jewelry.
