I ordered this January ******. The price was $258.50. It was supposed to be Sterling but its just plain stainless steel. I own other **** Hardy jewelry and this bracelet looks like a cheap knock off. I feel like I have been scammed. **** Hardy jewelry is woven with silver and is like a gun metal silver color. What I received was stamped metal. I am told by the company that this is non returnable. I would like my money back. Here is the information I have. **** Hardy of *** *** c/o Fashion Dist Services ******************************************************* *****

Had a bracelet brought into Soho store for downsizing. Was told it'd be $85, pending any quote adjustment by repair. Contacted them back by ************* a week later (because no follow-up), and asked again, told-again, that it's $85 on the phone--email said I'd get a reaffirmation once they get a final with repair. No confirmation came, just a couple weeks later told it's ready, then charged nearly $220 for it without an explanation of why or notice ahead. In the support email, it's stated, "If you have already confirmed the repair charge in the boutique, a quotation will not be sent. Should you choose to decline the quotation, a $30 evaluation fee will be requested." -- repair charge was quoted $85, not $220. It was not confirmed or quoted for the later cost.I've contacted the business again by email a few days later then by phone another time later, spoke with a representative who told me a supervisor will investigate and get back to me last week. Got no response to either. This business runs a scam operation in-store with their "local repair", and their in-person rep (met when dropping item off) was **** and dismissive on top of that.

I purchased a ring that is supposed to be 18k gold back in July 2022, the ring is starting to rust. I want a refund. This is my 2nd time having an issue with this ring and with ******************************* Jewelry. I purchased this ring on 6/8/22 from the **** Hardy *** store. The ring was too small when I tried it on in-store. The sales associate told me she could have it shipped to me in my size. I agreed, assuming it would come from another store in the correct size (I was on vacation in ***, I live in ********). My receipt says size 8 and also details the return policy. On 6/17/22 I sent an email asking about my purchase, it shouldn't take that long to get something shipped. I received the ring in the mail on 7/7/22 and it was a size 9. I sent an email telling that it was too big and was told I could send it back for a smaller size. Since I'd waited a month for my ring, I didn't want to wait another month so at that point, I asked for a refund. I was told at that moment that it was a final purchase because the ring was resized. I was NEVER told it was a final sale, I was never told the ring would be resized to fit me, and never told I would be stuck with this ring BEFORE I purchased it. This ****** me off, and I had no other choice but to wait until the ring was sent to me in the correct size. Now, 5 months later I notice the ring is rusting. The description on the paperwork AND inside the ring states it's 18k gold, why is this ring rusting? I want a refund! Please see all photos and emails. My receipt says I purchased a size 8, I was sent a size 9. After it was "resized" I was sent a size 8 and still told since it was resized, it was a final sale. Makes no sense. BUT now it is rusting! I want a refund!
