  I ordered a wedding set from mytriorings in June, I paid the balance in full un July and they promptly shipped the rings to me at this point I was very satisfied until I opened the box and saw that the wedding band was not the band that I ordered So I sent them an email and a picture of the wedding band and they responded back explaining that they chose that particular wedding band to go with my engagement ring because they felt that particular ring wouldn't leave much of a gap in between. Then she said if I want the original band then send the band back and we will ship wedding band. So they sent me shipping info and I shipped ring back and they recieved on Aug 5 It is now Aug 21st and I have yet to recieve .y ring, I got married on the 9th and had to buy a cheap wedding band In place of original band

  I brought our weddings rings from my trio rings 2021 was a little skeptical I had let my first order go into default which got canceled decided after research to give them a chance very very glad I did now Im buying earring from there always helpful and patience just love the experiences I have with them 100% satisfied whats nexts my trio rings diamond watches would love to see those and some bracelets what ever is next cant wait to see

  I wrote a review explaining my experience with this company and it was immediately removed, they do not allow negative reviews to remain on site it looks like all reviews are 5 stars and seem to be done by bots. I placed an order 3/11 for a wedding set of rings for $599.95 expecting them by 3/24..Since placing I have not gotten any updates or responses, I attempted to call their toll free number and got a recording stating that i would get reply within 24 hours which did not happen. Now number does not give same message. I've attempted their chat option to no avail. I have paid in full and what an immediate refund.

As per your the delivery date provided on your order, we were able to successfully deliver your rings ahead of time on 3/23. We also received a phone call from you after business day on 3/16 at 5:43 PM and we still responded to you via email at 6:23 PM on the same day. You also emailed again at 3/17 at 2:55 PM and we responded via email at 6:45 PM as well as a call at 9:17 PM.Our records do show that we were extremely quick to respond to your queries and we delivered the rings ahead of time.
