      Ordered a pearl necklace February 3 said it would ship February 6 after that only got excuses and here we are almost two months later still haven't gotten it and I am a repeat customer bought over I believe 25 times

      wish/08/25 I placed an online order #*******-with the Super Jewellers website . Both items were part of their heavily advertised "holiday specials" The original order showed an estimated ship date of 1/10/25. The next time I checked my order, it showed the estimated ship date had moved out to 1/15/25. I waited until 1/20/25 to check again and found the listed estimated ship date was still 1/15. The order had no tracking information available. Now I am getting concerned. I called the listed sales phone # and spoke to *********" . I asked when my order would ship. She could not confirm a date as she said the order had been delayed. She didn't know why it was delayed , or when the order would ship. At that point I cancelled this $335.93 order. As of today 02/12/25 at 9:00AM no refund has been issued to my card.I have been in touch with 7 different Super Jeweler agents. Not a single *** provides answers The received text ***lys appear to be a p***ared answer with a different name attached. The live ***s are nice and very sad that I am have this problem, and each one says they will try to get things resolved As Soon as *********** aware this company BILLS your card when the order is PLACED, NOT when the order ships. This policy allows Super Jeweler to delay all refunds, even on never shipped orders.

      Never in my life have I had such a bad experience as I did with Superjewler. On November 26/24 I ordered a 14k gold necklace which was supposed to be delivered in 1 week. It was a Christmas gift for my wife.I kept on getting the runaround regarding the delivery date.Finally, I cancelled the order 2 weeks ago 1/24/25 & the money has yet to go on my credit card.Make sure you never order anything from SuperJewlers!

      Ordered something on December 14 it was supposed to ship out December 19 so I paid expedited shipping to have it here by Christmas. It isnow January 25 and the item is still not here. Maybe Ill gift it Christmas next year because by then I should have it

      This is definitely a SCAM.I hope no one is getting fooled by this *********** not fall for their disinformation.After they stole your money, they have no intention to send you the item that you ordered from them. Not only theyre not sending you the item, they have no interest of keeping you informed, not even if you reached out to them.They deserve no star, they also deserve being sued by the unfortunates, misguided customers. Thank goodness that I managed to order the cheapest thing they offered, so , I can test out the product and their credibility.Except that I should do my research on this company first if they are even a real company.

      I feel the quality of their jewelry is inferior and I have sent the jewelry back and they are delaying, delaying my refunds. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

      BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! They don't ship the products that you pay them for and always gives you an excuse as to why it's been delayed. Even when they give you a specific date that they will ship the items, when that day comes they tell you that it's been delayed again. They are only after your money. Don't give it to them. Their prices are low to draw you in, don't fall for the scam.

      They ripped me off $3000 which is the price. I pray for Ring that had a lifetime guarantee on it. And then they told me it was not a lifetime guarantee. It was in fact in one year guarantee and for $1000 and another diamond to replace the one fell out of the ring.

      I don't think they should use the low quality cloudy JH 12/13 clarity diamonds for jewelry at all, ever. The lead for the cheaper jewelry is misleading. The ads pull you in stating 1 carrot real diamond bracelet with platinum overlay, lifetime guarantee. Earring hoops, 1&1/2 inch hoops one carrot real diamond's. Okay the earrings were on sale for $79 Plus tax. The brackets $40.. the diamonds on the hoops were so dark and muddy it looked like stones were missing. They wanted me to send pictures to return and pay for shipping. It cost me $15. To send the earrings back and they didn't refund the tax. I just kept the brackets I had ordered 3. One for each daughter and one for myself. I just call it ****** learned. They did how ever send me a pair of peridot studs for my birthday ( I had already bought a pair) and a bracelet just like the one I had already bought myself too. I'm not sure what I got the bracelet gifted to me for. Maybe one of the orders that said free gift with purchase but mostly that free gift was a wonderful up chic toy that looks like a dollar store item. Meh. It takes a long time to receive a order. I had went click crazy a bought gifts for my 2 daughter's and four granddaughters and 4 items for myself as a 70 th birthday to me. Anyway I am sorry I went click crazy before receiving a single item. Big mistake. I was able to get customer service at any and all hours including weekends and Memorial day. So for that reason and I believe their higher grade jewelry is probably overall 5 Stars. The costume Jewelry I give 3 stars for being misleading

      Absolutely awful experience with this vendor. I was a first time customer and had purchased expensive earrings and received a confirmation email saying your order is expected to ship Tuesday, August 27, 2024. I gave them 10 days and on September 6 my online order status hadnt changed and I didnt have any emails saying there was a delay or anything. After chatting with support (****) I hear, I'm sorry for the slight delay in processing your order. Let me check this with the production department and get back to you soon with an update via email. I will try my best to ship this within 1 - 3 days. Of course from here I hear NOTHING and nothing changes so I reach out to support again September 9 and support (*******) says, To be shipped out between Tuesday and Thursday. (September 10 and 12). Surprise, after this wait still nothing and zero communication to explain the processing delay. So I contact support AGAIN on September 15 (*****) and they say, This will be shipping out in the coming week. You guessed it, still nothing. On September 19 I emailed support (Dilini) and they said, Your order expected to ship on the 09/20. ******** again, nothing shipped, no change in online order status, nothing. This has been so frustrating and at this point Im starting to think the whole company is a complete scam. *** filed a dispute with my credit card and wanted to warn others.
