I submitted an order for a custom necklace with the engraving of my daughters birthday. My hope was to wear it in time for family photos. I placed my order back in December. I patiently waited under February before reaching out for a response as I was understanding of the holidays, and delayed shipment due to an influx of orders. Given the fact that the company states a maximum of 1-2 weeks wait time, I felt like this was beyond generous to wait. I repeatedly reached out to the company as you can see on the screenshot photos of our email interaction with their agent ********. I either was entirely ignored via zero email response, or the email was responded to with a generic we will escalate the issue and get back to you once we hear back. I never heard back regarding my order and I just kept getting toyed with. To this day I have ZERO updates on my order or what they have even done with my money/necklace. I am tired of waiting. I was promised a resolution by Friday 3/14 and as expected, heard nothing from The M Jewelers. I am reporting this company as fraudulent or at the very least misleading to customers and completely negligent in customer service and concerns. If they could not provide my order in a timely manner they should have had the decency and respect to notify me! Instead I waited and waited and eventually missed out on wearing this necklace for family photos. I am repulsed by this company as a consumer. I want my money refunded. They can keep their cheap jewelry at this point, I have a sour taste in my mouth over it now. I just want this matter resolved.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 1/6/25 for a necklace. After repeated efforts for information on order I have been completely ignored. I have emailed company numerous times since 1/16/25. Order tracking on their website states only: Status: Ordered. I do not believe this company has any intention of sending me the product that I ordered. I spent $120.00. Absolutely shamefull and potentially fraudulent. I want to be refunded immediately. Company is impossible to get a hold of via phone, email or social media.Initial Complaint

On 12/3/2024, I placed an order for three items of jewelry: 2 rings and 1 necklace. I paid a total of $128.71.The two rings I received became defective after only wearing them twice. The stones fell out of one of the rings, and the second ring tarnished. I followed all of their care instructions, and this should not have happened.On 2/2/2025, I contacted The M Jewelers via their customer service email. I told them the items that were affected and sent photos. They responded to my email on 2/2/2025 with an email that stated the following:Hello *******,Thank you for contacting The M Jewelers!We are terribly sorry to learn that you are having issues with one of the items that you recently purchased.We understand how disappointing it is to receive a defective piece and how important it is to receive the full value of the item(s) that you purchased. Here at The M Jewelers, we want to ensure the satisfaction of our clients, which is why we offer a 120-day warranty service for all ********* order for us to assess the issue and determine the best course of action, could you please provide me with a clear photo or video and a brief description of the item in question?We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this issue!Best,Chamelle Even though I had already sent item description and photos in my first email, I sent them again on 2/5/2025. This time there was zero response. I contacted them again on 2/11/2025 asking for a status update. Zero response from M Jewelers. On 2/18/2025, I sent another email asking what was going on and why was no one responding to me. As of today, 2/26/2025, I still have not received a response or a resolution to my issue.I am requesting a refund for the two defective rings:The Halo Colored Stone Cuban Link Chain Ring - $30.00 The Iced Out Cuban Link II Ring - $35.00 Tax: $4.87 TOTAL: $69.87 I have no problem sending the defective merchandise back to them if they would like to send me a prepaid label.Initial Complaint

They responded to my review in an email saying I would recieve tracking information in a couple of days but it's been a week and I have nothing. I placed an order on The M Jewelers website on 01/14/2025. It was partially shipped on 01/21/2025. There is one personalized necklace has still not shipped even though their website says personalized items takes 1 - 3 weeks to finish. I contacted their customer service by email on 2/11/2025 (after waiting for 4 weeks), the auto response says that their customer service will reach out to me within ***** hours, however it never happened. I purchased my item 11/01/2024 and to this day 02/11/2025 I havent not received my item. Ive contacted the company since December to see what the delay is and I continue to get the run around. Its been 2 months now that theyre going to contact the production team. How long does that take? 2 months? I asked for a refund and the *** I spoke to is saying theyre waiting for their supervisor. Why does that take another month? Its been 3 months now and I have not received the custom necklace that I ordered. Its honestly quite ridiculous. I do not want it anymore. I just want my money back and they cant even do that for me. Terrible business as they do not care for their customers who are spending their money on jewelry thatll never come to them. I purchased a personalized ring from this company on Nov 21st 2024. The site says it can take 4 weeks to make it, which I was fine with. I have emailed countless times about my order and they have given my no answers. Nothing has been shipped and they arent giving me a refund. On 10/10/2024 I ordered a custom nameplate necklace from The M Jewelers that was suppose to take 2-3 weeks to come. It didn't arrive until a full month later on 11/11/2024 and the necklace they sent was a completely different version than what was advertised on the website. It had the correct name I customized it to but it looked nothing like what they were promoting. I reached out to customer service, explained the situation with photographic proof and they advised me to go to the SoHo showroom/store to be helped in person. The sales associate told me they would be able to fix it but I had to send the necklace in to be fixed. He assured me it would only take 10 days to be fixed and delivered back to me and that I would receive updates along the way. The was on 11/23/2024 and it is now 1/27/2025 and I still do not have the necklace back or any confirmation on where it is or what the status is. I email weekly and get the same "we will update you when we can" email. Then someone reached out and said they lost the necklace and needed to make a new one. Later that evening he emailed again stating the found the necklace and it would be sent out. That was two weeks ago and I keep reaching out for tracking info or confirmation and no one responds. I looked up their reviews on ****** and so many people are complaining about the same issues or worse. I asked for a refund and that's when I was told they would send out the necklace that day but they never did.
