    Technician was prompt but made my lock issue worse. He came back the next day and still claimed the lock was fine. BUT...when he took the lock apart, he reversed the gears. I had to get a reputable locksmith to correct his idiotic mistake. Do not use these people!!

    SCAMMERS...THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY NEED CARD PAYMENT UPFRONT IN ORDER TO SEND A TECHNICIAN AND NO ONE EVER COMES TO SERVICE YOU!!! I WAITED OVER 9 HOURS FOR A LOCKSMITH WHO WAS NEVER ON HIS WAY!!!THEY NEED SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!

    I used their locksmith service for a vehicle lockout solution. I paid over the phone, and they immediately "canceled" my order, and said my refund would be available in 3 to 5 days. I thought that was odd so I called back and they said they didn't charge a dime. The conversation was about like this (I am "A" and KeyMe is "K"):A: hello, I'd like to get a refund since I was charged and didn't receive services from you.K: we never sent you a technician sir your card will not be charged.A: I know you didn't send anyone. That's why I want my money back because you DID charge me.K: yes sir the charge was 144 dollars for our locksmith services mister sir. *I'm not kidding, this idiot called me Mister ******* I didn't receive any services. Why did you charge me? K: sir, we did not send you a technician.A: I know! Can I have my money back?K: sir we did not charge you anything because we didn't send you a technician. A: you just told me the amount of the charge. I never told you the amount. So give it back.It's a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!
