I ordered a pair of netted tights from Natori and was sent something different than what was pictured. I have included an attached screen shot of my order which includes a photo of the tights I was expecting. I own a pair of the tights, so I know what they look like and I know what the package looks like. I was sent something different. I have also included a photo of the tights that I received from Natori. The netting is completely different. I have included a copy of the email correspondence with Natori in which they tell me I was sent what I was ordered and that the netting is the same, but that it looks different because of the model's size. This is absolutely not true and I know because I already own a pair of the netted tights I was expecting to receive. As you will see in the email, they will not resolve the issue.

    Date: 05/11/2022

    Better Business Bureau:

Complaint ID ********: The business has issued me a refund and I am satisfied with this resolution.  With that said, they continue to say that the photo they are using is the same as the product and it is not.  This may result in others receiving the wrong product.

    Sincerely,

    ****************************************
