  Horrible fraudulent company. They try to get all your financial information with a bait and switch. So last week I received approval for 22k merchant advance after providing them with my bank log in passwords and all, months of bank statement with account numbers, credit card merchant statements they basically have everything they need to steal from me. After they received all this again mind you after already having this information, they revise the amount from 22k to 5k. They **** me off to a company called ****************** another scam company. 1West employee ********************* tells me to call this Ironwood to do what's called a funding call to "get your funds." I call someone from ******** called ******************* he says they'll be wiring the money. I never receive it. They ask me for more personal information and I hear nothing. After reading reviews how this is all a phishing scam I call Ironwood they say we don't want to fund it now. I asked what do you do with all my personal banking information ******** says we sell it. This is absolutely disgusting. Both these companies need to be shut down now.

  We apologize for this experience. This was not our intention as we tried to pair you with the right financing partner for your business. The initial $22,000 was a pre-approval based on the information you initially provided to us. Once we received the supporting documentation we submitted you to a few of our partners and unfortunately the only approval was for $5,000 via ********. They approved and were ready to fund but their underwriting changed their mind at the end of the process due to you not living in the same place as the business. They are entitled to do this as the lending partner but we understand how difficult that kind of process is and we apologize for this. However we were upfront about this and hope you understand we tried to do everything we could to secure you capital for your business.

  Scammers do not use them to help facilitate a loan. We felt pressured to close & sign on documents on a Loan. When we questioned it the account manager we were working got very frustrated with us when we asked for things sent via email to notate our phone conversation, hed dance around trying to send it over. We were offered a certain % rate then when documents arrived they were significantly higher. When we questioned it we were told thats just stating what it could get to, depending on the market itll never get that high it was indeed that high & we are on the hook for it. We asked about paying back the draw early & closing our account & we were advised to just keep it open for 6 months Im assuming thats when commission is given. Stay far away.

  We apologize you felt this way during your experience, however we never pressured or were anything but transparent during this process. We secured you a line of credit through a 3rd party partner of ours and the agreement was reviewed and signed by you with the rates/terms clearly stated. We do not know where the miscommunication you feel happened transpired but our account executive walked you through the process and everything was clearly outlined. You are able to draw, close the account, or keep it open at your behest, we did not ask or want you to keep anything open you do not want to. We do not receive compensation in that way, that is not true as well. We appreciated your business but believe we were transparent and you reviewed, signed, and agreed to the terms that are currently being used.

  Lack of follow through when needing questions answered during the application. Real agents fail to respond and follow up to provide updates on the process. No real follow up post decision. 1West is not a financial business partner only a lending source. Although this may be a quicker access route to funding, small business are better off working with local community banks as the service from 1West was subpar and incomplete. I would not advise use of this service.

  If I could give less then one star I would. Just to say how bad this scam was how egregious this whole thing was I am reporting this company to the federal Bureau of investigations. Im reporting this company also to the ** Better Business Bureau and Im reporting this company to consumer protection agency. Their fraud was so bad I am a fully qualified Person I was a high assets with a amazing credit and a great job who has been decimated by the pandemic and and I am recovering financially from a pandemic Im a small business, completely qualified, completely qualified. They took all of my information they promised me they said youre approved Big! Youre approved big big, big big! And so I gave them my information and they just sent me a little thing saying oh get back with us in three months. This was for $15,000 people I have a $1.5 million home. I just needed a $15,000 home improvement loan to repair a plumbing issue And they denied me I make ******* a year. I have a wonderful credit reading. This is a joke. These people are a joke. These people are fraud and they stole my information and I will be reporting them.

  We are sorry that you had this experience with us. Unfortunately you applied for a working capital loan and we were unable to get you approved once we had underwriting verify that you were using personal bank statements, as we only are able to get you qualified, approved, and funded via business bank statements as we provide business financing, not personal. Once we verified this we let you know and we couldn't proceed. We state on our application and our website that you need to have business bank statements to proceed. We were transparent about this and let you know. The $15,000 we pre-approved you for was based on the information provided and once we verified the statements were personal, we couldn't proceed. We are sorry you had this experience and we wish we could have helped you.

  This company is full of it applied 2 weeks ago , uploaded documents same day and was applied called everyday and was told to leave name and number and a underwriter will contact me , lmaooooo its been 3 weeks and no call ..

We made sure to contact you at your request via phone call, email, and text to ensure you received all of the information we could provide regarding your application for business financing. We contacted you often but were unfortunately unable to get you an approval for your business once all of the documentation and information was provided to the underwriter. We tried very hard to do this and convey this to you as soon as we can but unfortunately this was not the answer you wanted. We are sorry we weren't able to help you but we did everything we could to do so and communicate it to you.

  Scammers... they continue to call me after I tell them countless times to not. I gave them a ****** review because they are illegally passing my information to lenders and spamming me with calls DAILY. They see my review on ****** and guess what they do next? **** from 1West TEXTS me.
