      My account has been blocked since May 22, 2024 due to some type of fraud yet no correspondence has been made on their behalf. I have called everyday for the pass almost 3weeks I have more than 1k in the account which has it unable to pay my bills. When I call I am told some will contact within ***** hrs that time has pass it going on 3 weeks

Fundera offers products and services for small and medium businesses. **************' complaint has been forwarded to relevant entities in charge of ****** who may be able to respond effectively to this complaint.

      Sketchy and otherwise boiler-room sales tactics. After applying for information about a loan, I received 12 calls from two different numbers, multiple texts, annoying email followups, and other forms of outreach. It's annoying, and the exactly the sort of crap that I was trained to do many years ago but that should otherwise be prohibited in outreach. It's just annoying and I'd imagine for people who aren't experienced in putting up with these sorts of tactics, probably works to get people to make money that they otherwise wouldn't have.

      I appreciate that, but I assume that this is a pattern that applies to every customer who ever comes through the Fundera system, and just speaks to a flaw with how they approach sales and partnerships on the whole. I’d much rather see them fundamentally shift how you approach selling and dealing with their prospective clients, which might require them to rework their entire sales approach.

       I’ve seen this before a LOT and have even worked at companies like this. It’s no bueno.
