i started my debt collection with a company called ********** legal in may 2023 with an enrolled debt of *********, i paid them until november of 2023. that's when versara lending took over with an enrolled debt of ********. I paid them monthly payments of ******. Until august 2024 when i tried to make a larger payment in the portal which was unsuccessful . Thats when i tried to call them but I reached a non working number . I contacted the company global holding who was pulling the money out of my account and they had no information on the company. i canceled my automatic withdrawal with them until i could speak to someone from versara. i have emailed the company multiple times since august and no one will respond. there is no info in my portal regarding my money or where it is going. i have since learned about the multiple issues that many are facing with this company.

The Date of transaction is April 24th 2024 in which i was making my routine payment to Versara over the phone. To my surprise I could not get through anyone at all which was odd. So i went ahead to their portal and paid it on their website and even signed the authorization to pay the $640.45 per month debt consolidation and to my surprise weeks had passed and they never took the money out and during the process I was unable to reach anyone. then 2 months later they had a message stating that they are unable to talk to any customer and to go through their portal. This same portal that is not taking customers payments or processing them. Daily i call and was on hold for over an hour and would leave my number to have someone call me back and nothing. Not even a statement or call for 2 months. I researched them online found out they had their license revoked in ********** back in 2022 and ****************************************************************************************** with this matter also. I had also found out they are part of a financial scamming families of over payments and fees. Which had me alert my bank. 2 months later I receive a statement saying I owe them ******** for the two months they refuse to communicate with me or take my payments. I sent them an email of my frustration and refusing to pay until I talk to someone higher up in their company. This company is scam and Ive paid them over $5,857.10 for the past 2 years faithfully not knowing this company was part of a major scam. The original amount of my loan was $24,284.66 the balance is ********* with a balloon interest system they have me in. Its not fair how Im being treated with no means of communications and no easy way to pay them because they are a scam company. I want to be part of a class action lawsuit against them.

There has been misleading communication from the very beginning and now that I'm to the point of paying off the loan I can get no communication back when I asked to speak with a manager (multiple times). I requested a payoff amount, paid said amount that was quoted, and now the online portal is stating I still owe money when I paid the amount that was auto drafted out of my account for the payoff amount. The adjustment for the original estimated loan balance was back dated when it FINALLY got resolved to make it appear that it had been done when the loan was originally opened, which it was not which made the estimated interest paid appear lower than it actually was and no breakdown has been provided for this when one was requested.
