Ordered a trail subscription to ************************ and after the 1st month I tried to cancel my subscription but was still billed for a year in which I had my *********** locked and the payment still went through. The service is useless and a scam. I have not and did not receive a service that I refused to pay. I'm just not wanting to pay for a service that is useless and a scam.

I was charged by Seeking Alpha for an annual subscription renewal ($239) that occurred without my knowledge or consent. Without my knowledge, the service claimed for authorizing auto-renewal and the charge appeared unexpectedly just a few days into the new billing cycle.Upon noticing the charge, I immediately contacted Seeking Alpha to request a refund, but they denied it. They claimed as if they made two previous refunds from a year ago, which are unrelated to this current charge and it was a single transaction which they adjusted not necessarily a cancellation- instead they put it on auto renewal without my consent or knowledge. Despite explaining the situation and showing that no recent refund has occurred, they have refused to issue a refund. Also, the attached email explains that they do this as 'default' which consumers are gullible to lose sight of and remains charged although refute for payment immediately. I have not used the subscription since the renewal and believe this is an unfair billing practice. I also contacted **************** to dispute the charge.I am seeking a full refund of the unauthorized annual charge and cancellation of the auto-renewal.

I purchased a discounted month of Seeking Alpha for $4.95 on January 10th, 2025. I cancelled the discounted monthly subscription on 2/7/2025 before another charges took place (due on 2/10/2025) following Seeking Alpha's own guidelines. They even sent me a message stating I would no longer have premium access to their site. However, when paying my credit card on 2/11/2025 I noticed an authorized charge of $499.00 from Seeking Alpha on 1/14/2025. I never authorized this charge, I was never notified another charge was being placed on my credit card, and I didn't need another subscription while had one. Their own emails indicate that I no longer would have access to their site but somehow I was charged for an annual subscription so I would have it it was legitimate. I contacted Seeking Alpha and was told all charges are final, they do not give refunds. Correcting a fraudulent charge is not a refund.

I have had multiple communications with Seeking Alpha beginning right after I purchased the service on December 13, 2024, but they have never addressed my concerns about what I believe were Seeking Alphas misrepresentations, which is what prompted my initial email. Prior to making my decision to purchase Alpha Picks, I watched a video on their website called Alpha Picks 101. During the tutorial, the presenter clicked on the ticker for an Alpha Picks stock which brought up detailed information regarding that Alpha Pick stock. I reasonably assumed that if I signed up for Alpha Picks, I would also have access to this detailed information for those stocks that were part of the Alpha Picks portfolio. Therefore, I relied on this representation when I signed up for Alpha Picks. After I signed up, I went to the Alpha Picks page and reviewed the current picks. When I clicked on the ticker for one of the Alpha Picks stock, I was denied access to more information unless I subscribe to Premium. I do not know whether this misrepresentation was intentional or not, but either way I was misled. I immediately requested a refund, which they denied. In addition, Seeking Alpha has refused to acknowledge or address this issue. I suggested that they share my concerns with their legal counsel, and that would be happy to discuss this with him or her. However, I have received no response to this request.

I recently encountered an issue while participating in an activity promoted by Moo-moo. The company offered a $250 moo-moo account credit upon registering for a Seeking Alpha account. I followed the instructions, registered for an account, and received a confirmation email. The email directed me to a webpage, where I scrolled down and clicked Login. Subsequently, I was prompted to link my bank card, which I believed was part of the registration process. However, I was surprised to receive a charge of $499 from Seeking Alpha for an annual subscription to Alpha Picks. I was unaware that the webpages link was not for account registration but for subscribing to this product.I immediately canceled the Alpha Picks subscription, but the seeking alpha refused to refund. This subscription was so misleading and was not made with my informed consent, and I have no intention of using the product. Please help me to ask for a refund!!!!!

I signed up for a subscription to Seeking Alpha in November 2023 for $105.53. i stopped using the service in 2024. They automatically renewed the service in November 2024 for $466.04. They sent me an e-mail that went to my junk folder. I called to cancel the service and they said too late they will cancel it at the end of the year in November 2025. I said how about a 10 month refund and you keep the 2 months since November and then denied that request.

My credit card was charged without my authorization during a 7-day trial of the Seeking Alpha Premium subscription. Below are the key details: The trial period was from September 29, 2024, to October 7, 2024. I canceled the subscription on October 6, 2024, following Seeking Alphas guidelines. Despite canceling the service before the trial period ended, my credit card was charged without my consent for $499.00 on October 6, 2024. Seeking Alpha acknowledged the issue by offering an in-store credit; however, I requested a full refund to my credit card. They refused to issue a refund. I followed Seeking Alpha's guidelines and clearly showed my intent to cancel the subscription within the trial period, yet my card was charged without my consent. I consider this to be fraudulent activity. I have taken all reasonable steps to resolve this issue with both Seeking Alpha, but they did not provide an appropriate resolution.

Reaccuring subscription of 255 dollars was charged to my credit card. They sent an email and gave 7 days to cancel. The amount of emails from this company is by default alot. I called one day late on May 15th. The customer rep would not budge. Would not give me a refund, only would tag for review. These auto renewals are a scam. Never should be allowed. They plan on people forgetting. This is ********.
