    On 12.3.24, I was contacted by number *****************. They needed my help for a *************************************** some blood derived products. They told me that I will get ($200) for the time spent during the interview. I did the interview 12.13.24 via Zoom and since then I never received any words from them on how and when the payment will be done. I contacted them via the same message they contacted me earlier on 12.3.24 and I never received a reply. I am posting it here on BBB to help someone else not to fall for their tricks and to get my $200 as promised. Thank you!

    I completed a survey on TDG Health for $100 on 10/18/24. I emailed them regarding the honorarium and got a reply today:10/18/24: Treatment approach and treatment options for *************************************** (oHCM) for $100 -Upon reviewing your profile and we verified that you did not meet the screening criteria on this survey. It's important to note that the client has implemented specific qualifying questions as part of the screening process. These questions are designed to ensure that the study objectives are met by gathering a suitable sample of participants. While we make every effort to target clinicians who align with the project's goals, clients often have precise requirements that must be adhered ***** issue is, I never got notification that I was screened out midway and actually completed the survey. If I was screened out midway, it could have saved me time from completing the survey unnecessarily. What is to stop the company from using my answers to get credit from their client yet use this as an excuse to deny me the honorarium. If I really did screen out, then stop the survey midway and notify me that I was screened out.

    Completed a healthcare survey at request of ******* ******. Never received my stipend. Have sent 2 unanswered follow up emails to ******* ****** with no reply. As doctors, our time is precious and we devote it to your surveys in good faith. The least we can expect is prompt payment and engagement after you have solicited our expertise. Please remove me from your mailing list as I have little faith in your corporate governance.

    I completed a paid survey from tdg health. Compensation that was advertised and promised has not been received to date - has been 2+ weeks without any communication from them. Email was sent to them as well - no asnwer

    Completed a survey from the company that they solicited responses for and was never paid. Would like to be paid the *****. They have solicited me again but did not respond when asked about being paid for a previous survey.

    We at TDG Health commits to making sure that any issues are resolved. I emailed the doctor and sent her the link to redeem her $35 incentive. Also, please be advised that it takes around a few weeks for the incentive to be available as we need to wait for the study to conclude and for the clients to complete their quality checks before issuing the incentives. This ensures that the responses are valid and valuable for the study's conclusion.

    I have completed numerous surveys for this company but have never been paid. It has been a long amount of time. I am coming across more and more information that it is a scam. When I have asked, they dodge the question about my other surveys.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out regarding missing incentives. We reached out to the doctor and issued two of his incentives. The initial survey was taken on May 9, 2024, and it usually takes around 3 to 5 weeks for the incentives to be issued. This ensures that the responses are valid and valuable for the study's conclusion.

    We received the doctor's ***** to ******* on the same day that the complaint to BBB was filed. ******* replied to his ***** explaining how we are working on releasing his 2 incentives and that the other incentive is still pending because the survey is still in progress.

    This was solicitation for the completion of two professional medical provider surveys promising amazon gift certificates. Surveys are time consuming, averaging at least 40 minutes each and asking for professional opinions based on medical background. I have completed two of their surveys and at the completion of each was told that I would be sent, via email, my honorarium for completion of each survey. When I contacted the company, initially after hearing nothing, and receiving nothing, I was told that there was no record of my having completed either survey. Since you complete these by an invited link, at the end you have nothing to show for it. But, twice in recent times is not a coincidence but more likely a scam.

    Our records indicate that the doctor successfully completed only one survey with TDG Health. It was for the study on Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) treatments for $80 which was recently closed, and the incentive was just made available. The survey was taken on May 18, 2024, and it takes around 3 to 5 weeks for the client to do their quality check to make sure that the responses they received are valid. The incentive link for Amazon vouchers has been sent.

    He also took one survey, for the study on home infusion therapy providers for $40 but it was not completed since he did not pass the screening questions.

    We also don't have any record of him emailing *************************** regarding his incentive.

    The doctor took the survey in less than 24 hours and his ********* haven't been evaluated yet by the client. The ********* captured are being collected and will undergo quality check and validation process by the client for the incentive program. The incentive will only be issued once the doctor's ********* passed the validation process. This may take 3 or more weeks. 

    Please be advised that completing the survey does not guarantee incentives. Our survey invites states: 

    "Please be aware that your answers will undergo a quality check to ensure they comply with the Market research standards. Speeding through the survey, straight-lining grid questions, selecting fake brands, and providing nonsensical open-ends will be considered as bad data and may result in non-payment. You will receive your honoraria, after your answers are validated."

    I completed a survey on vaccinations in Feb 2024, this is months later and I still have not received the promised payment of $115. This is the second time they have done this , but I didn't keep the information on the first survey. I am not sure who is actually behind this company but this behavior is sketchy

I also sent another email to him in response to this BBB complaint he filed, and explained how the redemption works.
