    Would give negative stars if I could. As the other two reviews have said, it's a scam and it would be a mistake to sign up with Signpost. Their incompetence is staggering and good luck getting any resolution. We've only been with them for a couple of weeks but not once have they booked a call correctly (making more work for me, not less) and on top of that, they drag out the call by several minutes, eating up our time and dollars. Our assigned case manager is worthless and only serves to deflect with meaningless phrases. She's since disappeared and won't answer our emails when we ask why they are not following our clearly laid out instructions and protocol. Do your research, any company that won't let you leave reviews in the usual places and has a inordinately convoluted cancellation policy is highly suspect, and this company is very sus. Don't do it, use someone else.

    I was a loyal customer, who paid his bill on time every month, to this company for 2 years. Then business slowed way down, was in a lawsuit and became completely broke / in debt. I turned off the service (was no longer using it at all) but didn't have the money to pay the last bill at the moment. They said I could NOT cancel until I paid the last months bill; So they just kept billing me and billing me, even though I was not using the service. They said I owed them thousands of dollars, even though I did not use the service for one minute during these months. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT IS A SCAM!! Im hiring my lawyer to deal with these crooks.

    Absolutely horrible experience with this company. They didn't deliver on what was promised and kept refunding us because they couldn't get their software to work. It never worked as intended and they never truly got to a solution nor did it seem like they intended on finding a solution. Once they switched management they started charging us more than agreed to and then they are still trying to hold us to an agreement of 1 year which we never signed. We were told in the beginning it was a month to month agreement and now they're saying we had a contract of 1 year. They never once executed what they were agreed to do and they took credit for reviews that weren't processed by them where we actually saw the customers put the reviews on without their link. This company is very deceptive and ***************************** is a horrible rep who cares very little about the customers success. Please do yourselves a favor and don't spend your money with signpost. they do all sorts of deceptive business practices. Run as fast as you can away from this company. If I could do negative stars I would Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can rate them.
