Awful!!! Can't see meal options without entering billing info and the bill appears under the name "MMM" instead of "Dinnerly." Was able to cancel after taking some taunting. I got a refund when I threatened them with a report to the BBB. SO SNEAKY.

They are horrible! They dont skip a delivery and dont tell you its not skipped and they pretend it was your fault. They make it so difficult to cancel service and wont let you delete your credit card. Then when you call they gaslight you saying its your fault! Do not use their services, seriously they are a disgraceful, dishonest, and corrupt company.

Dont care about customers when they send damaged products. Takes zero accountability for their choice of shopping partners when boxes arrived damaged. Refusal to send replacement box. Dont recommend

**************** was very unpleasant. I spoke with a customer service representative named ******. He was rude and refused to help me. I canceled my subscription on 06/04/2024. I received a email stating that they were sorry to see me go, and my subscription was canceled. On 7/26/2024, I was charged $89 for a delivery order. When I called to dispute. ****** told me I that I reinstated my subscription on June 28. I definitely did not reinstate my subscription. He told me I did and that there was nothing he could do about it. They cant cancel it or refund me my money so I will have a Dinnerly order delivered next week that I do not want I will not be doing business with Dinnerly ever again nor will I recommend this company to anyone customer service was horrible. The food didnt taste that. Great thats why I canceled in the beginning.

The menus are exciting and I am learning how to cook from them. Customer service has been phenomenal in an incident where it was my mistake. I do receive printed recipes and have saved most of them because they are so delicious. Just made the brussel sprout tacos for the second time.

I tried Dinnerly. The food was great. But I canceled because of the work involved. If Im ordering a dinner service I dont wanna have to cook everything from scratch. I tried the one box and deactivated my account. The first box I received was April 17, 2024. Today is June 14, 2024 almost 2 months after deactivated another box came to my work! I deactivated the account a month and a half ago. Now I have been charged for this and I didnt even want it. We have a seasonal campsite from May through October. I do not want to cook this at camp. I do not have an oven to cook in one of those recipes Requires an oven. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company that I was pretty well satisfied with before and wouldve tried again in the winter when I have something proper to cook on.

This company is a scam. The boxes I have ordered will say delayed each time and then never arrive. Its been 6 orders now. **************** is impossible to contact unless you go to close your account. This service is a scam to take peoples money monthly without providing any service or product.

Same as everyone else. Website is a fraud. Makes you put in credit card number in order to see anything and says you won't be charged. Lies. You're charged immediately, and no way to get out of it.

The website is too confusing to navigate if you want to skip, pause, or cancel. I think they make it confusing on purpose so they can continue getting the money. Thought I had canceled only to find out I paused. They sent and billed a box to my home after not getting them for one month and I wasnt expecting or at home. When I called to get a refund they refused saying I only skipped some meals not canceled.

Do not put your credit card info with this company. They charged my credit card as soon as I put it in. Couldn't cancel it and was told my account would be cancelled after the order goes out. As a precaution if it asks for your credit information before you can see the product don't. No food company should have you pay before seeing what you are actually given.
