They are advertised as free covid-19 test kits with insurance. They continue to send out these kits, at this time I have not received any charges. I just can't get them to stop sending this kits out.Customer response

fast lab offered free covid testing kits on line. I was sent multiple covid testing kits I discovered that tests were to be sent back within 7 days or I would be charged. or if my insurance would not pay for them I would be charged. also they said I could not return them unsused or I would be charged ************ misrepresented that they were free and believe their company to be a scam I wish them to stop sending ne covid tests and to.cease and desist attempts to charge my or my insurance. I believe this company is attempting to defraud both me and my insurance companyCustomer response

On 7/30/24 or 7/31/24 I ordered $0 cost at home covid test kits from a company I saw on ******* called Fast Lab. I did not pay anything upfront, but included my ******** information as they requested. I only wanted the nasal swab 15-min tests (4), but I had to also order the saliva tests(2) which need to be sent back to the lab. The ad said the kits would be sent to me within 2 business days. I received the package today, via **** parcel select. The return address is: Fast Lab Technologies LLC, ********************************. It seems small to contain 6 kits in total. It has an obvious white and red sticker with a big "!" on it that reads: "IMPORTANT REMINDER At home Covid-19 Test kits can not be returned unused. If you ship it back to us unused or if you fail to return it within 7 days, you will be billed directly." Nothing like that was mentioned in the advertisement and I was not even planning on using them right away as I had used my last at home Covid test on 7/29/24 to test myself and just wanted to have kits on hand in case my husband started showing symptoms. I told my daughter about this and she said it's a scam, which we googled and learned CBS wrote a report about this. I have not contacted Fast Lab, but reported it to ********. They told me to keep calling and they will watch for invoices from Fast Lab on my account. I have not tried to contact Fast Lab yet. We have not opened the package and the woman from ******** said just hold on to it, but if they try to charge ******** or me I could also say I never received it as mail is often lost and we did not sign for it.Besides **** tracking number listed below, there is also a sticker saying *** MAIL INNOVATIONS, MMID#******************, PACKAGE ID#*******, COST CENTER3 ****. I ordered one free covid test kits for me and my husband. But they keep sending kits every few days. Now I have six kits for me and my husband totaling 12kits. I don't know if they will keep sending them.I feel suspicious so I checked around and found out they are charging $325.00 per kits.There is no way I am paying that much money when ****** is charging $11.00 per kit.There's no phone number to contact them. I recently ordered Covid tests for my family through FastLabTech.com. They provided me with a shipping number, says it was free of charge and my insurance wasnt billed. But, Ive seen multiple complaints about this business and didnt know they were scammers until today. This is a fraudelent COVID lab testing company. I had COVID back in January and when ordering these tests was told they would be covered by my insurance company (Kasier). I was charged for all these tests. I reached out to Fast Lab Technologies and asked them to stop sending and have screenshots of the messages.I would like that company to zero out any charges they have under my name.See ************************* that shows that I owe $3575.Regards,******Customer response

I requested some free covid test kits. They sent me about 6 of them (Why)? And now I have a bill for 325 for each of them. I cannot contact this company, I can't even tell if they're real or a scam. This company is claiming I ordered Covid test kits from them. I had not even heard of this company before I received a message that the Covid test kit had shipped. They will not cancel the order. They are expecting me to use these Covid tests immediately upon arrival and ship them back to them. I have no symptoms of covid. I have severe allergies and have my symptoms year round. I want my information removed from this company.Customer response

Ordered 2 'free' Covid tests from Fast Lab Technologies. Following receipt of 2 Covid tests, they have continued to send all types of random tests that I have refused and sent back. Now I have received 3 EOBs from my medical insurer with bills totaling $1,300 with the statement that the bills are for 'laboratory' . I have notified my insurer not to pay these bills and that this is a complete scam!
