    USE ********** instead...I bought two tests. The results for one test came back within a few days, but I'm still waiting on the results from the other test. It's been 10+ days, and I have tried to contact customer service on multiple occasions with no response. At this point, I may have to submit a dispute through my credit card. Skip the hassle and go with EveryWell. They have much better customer service.

    I sent in a test a few weeks ago as part of an offer through my insurance company. It was delivered to their labs on 10/01/24 at 9:29 am according to ****. As of 10/10/2024 my test is still marked as received on the *** website but no signs of processing. I emailed customer service and was told that they dont answer questions through email and that I have to call. Called and was informed that there was an estimated wait time of 96 minutes. The blood sample was taken nearly 2 weeks ago and still hasnt been processed. I wouldnt trust this company. Theyre just taking money, theres no way theyre getting accurate results from tests that are 2+ weeks old. Their website says results within 2-5 business days of receiving your sample, this is lie. They have 0 customer service and cant even run the tests theyre selling. This is medical malpractice and insurance fraud.

    Terrible experience. I completed the test exactly as per the instructions and sent it back exactly per instructions on 4/10/24. The *** lab didn't register receiving my test until 4/17/24 and it has been pending (not processed) ever since (today is 5/7/24).I sent an inquiry via email to them on 5/1/24 and never received a response.I sent a 2nd email inquiry today (5/7/24) and then followed-up with a call to the customer service number I googled (as there is no option to contact support in the *** app).The rep I spoke with asked me the approximate date and time I collected my sample as apparently this was the reason my sample had not been processed.However, I clearly wrote the date and time of my sample on the sample collection bag per instructions and I received no email or phone call from anyone at *** asking me for this information to proceed with analyzing my sample (which, at this point, I can't even imagine is still viable).I asked the rep why I had not been contacted, she didn't know. She just stated she gave my information to the lab and they'll contact me via email with results. I asked to speak to a manager or a superior and she declined, saying I would have to "call back". Then she offered to send me a free kit "if you are concerned with the viability of your sample and want to do it again".The whole thing seems like such a joke, not good medical practice nor appropriate customer support resolution.

    Letsgetchecked.com erroneously sent this individual a test kit (never opened, sent "Return to Sender" as "No customer at this address." How this occurred (information shared?) is unknown. This individual files this review/complaint, as it is unknown how individual's address was used in sending out this bogus test via ***** This individual leaving this review/complaint has never dealt with this company, nor will ever deal with this company in the future. Letsgetchecked.com online states: "letsgetchecked.com ************************************************************************************** How does LetsGetChecked work?Web1. Order your test online from our website. NEVER ORDERED, NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS TAKEN STOCK OF OTHER REVIEWS (SUSPICIOUS).

    Its a scam. They take your money offering you a test, then never complete the test. When contacted about this they offer another test, at full price. When you ask for a refund, they refuse. They are obtaining money under false pretenses.

    Recd 2 at home covid tests that had very little time left til expiration date (the extended expiration date!) No cooperation from the company and will try with **** to dispute the charges, as they refused a refund or partial refund.

    Test expired and they said "******** replacement, no warning. When I reached out they said "Sorry, no can do."

    Crooks. They sent the test by *** and everyone in my household received notification of delivery with name of "letsgetchecked". They don't care about privacy and aren't accountable for their businesses. Their test isn't refundable even if you don't use it.
