      My experience with this business was marked by mixed feelings. While their services are undoubtedly legitimate and of high quality, I was deeply disappointed by the front-of-house operations.I initially inquired about a membership I saw online and was quickly signed up, with no mention of the membership's duration or clear terms. The service was excellent during my visits, but when I decided to cancel the membership, I was shocked to learn it was a year-long commitment, never disclosed before.Despite numerous requests, they failed to provide me with a copy of my contract, and attempts to speak to the manager were met with excuses. I ended up paying for the full year without ever receiving a copy of the contract.In summary, the lack of transparency and professionalism in their membership practices overshadowed the quality of their services. I advise caution when considering a membership.
