      I purchased 6 pairs of Mack Weldon boxers on November 25, 2023, spending approximately $100. The boxers consistently ride up during normal wear, making them uncomfortable and requiring frequent adjustment.The company advertises a one-year warranty for products under "reasonable use." I contacted them on November 23, 2024, within the warranty period. Their representative, *****, initially claimed my order was too old for warranty coverage. When I pointed out the timing, he changed his position to say "regular worn use does not fall in the category" - contradicting their published warranty policy which explicitly covers "reasonable use."Despite multiple requests for clarification, the company has:- Failed to explain why my case doesn't qualify under their stated warranty terms - Offered only a 50% discount on future purchases instead of honoring the warranty - Refused to escalate to management - Not provided any evidence that my issue falls outside normal wear Their response directly contradicts their published warranty policy and appears to be an unethical attempt to avoid honoring their stated terms. I've documented all communication attempts and their inconsistent responses.I am filing this complaint because Mack Weldon is failing to honor their explicitly stated warranty terms without providing any justification for the denial.

      Mack Weldon shipped my package via DHL. It was transferred to **** which was RTSd back to *****. Customer support is non existent. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do they cannot comprehend the issue. Its immensely frustrating. They replaced my RTSd order, only to ship it via DHL AGAIN and its been RTSd. Now my items are OOS and no support rep will understand the history of my problem. Id stay far away from Mac Weldon as they do not care about their customers nor have the funds to have a proper support team.
