    *************************** should be locked up immediately. This is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme. I had him and his team develop an app called Ultimate Fantasy Sports for sports news, and helpful tips for fantasy players like weather and stats of the team, pitchers, etc. They came launched an app that was not functional, nor did it have any information on it. I called him and said hey this is really horrible and he offered me to buy in to two other apps. By looking at those apps, those are worthless as well. I am asking for me initial payment and my payment to develop the app since magically the crowd funding immediately stopped, for a total of $3,000.

    This client should be absolutely ashamed of himself for these accusations. We invested in his app and for only an investment of $3K we developed a working functional MVP ( Minimal Viable Product ) for both Apple iOS App Store & ****** Play Store that has been approved and available for download for almost 2 years. This client wanted to integrate real time sports data that requires a PAID API but he wasn't willing to pay anything to the license the APIs even though our developers were willing to integrate them at no charge if the APIs were provided by the client. Building mobile software applications require innovation and a particular skillset which we provide but when a client can not or will not contribute to pushing out a new version update there is nothing we can do. In addition we furnished him with a partnership Joint Venture Agreement in 2 additional iOS & Android apps that are also live on the stores but he does not understand or appreciate the value in anything we have done for him. I appreciate it you can close this case as there is nothing else to contribute unless the client wants to update this app for iOS 17 compliance and Android 12..5 with PAID APIs.

    The app is NOT functionable, nor would anyone download the app. There is ZERO information for a potential customer to look at. I also signed an agreement for HairValet and Deadbeat Dad for 5% as well, without ever receiving an update regarding those. By looking at those two apps, you guys did the same thing with those. I recommend anyone to download the "Ultimate Fantasy Sports" app and let ****** know if it is functionable. Him and his team are delusional and are running a Ponzi scheme. Please look at the developer "Mobile App Fund" in the App Store. None of the apps they have created are functionable, and they are simply stealing people's money and dreams.

    Hello,************** very well hope you see this is ********************* I already filled a cease and desist with my attorney to get the app taken down but Im willing to begin a lawsuit PoshPal app couldve been the best application tool for Poshmark out today all I wanted was to collaborate with you guys but you took my app and left me in the dirt I left college because I thought I should put my focus into the app more then education because the spreadsheets about the money we were making can you call me so we can resolve the issue we were at 300+ monthly subscribers before I sent out the cease and desist and I spoke with ************************************ CEO to actually integrating it into Poshmark which has millions of users please get back to me dont want to have to go through this stressful period anymore with you guys I just want to settle.********************* **********

    I contacted United Holdings about developing an app and I was answered by *************************** who told him to send him 200$ so he could get the proof of concept made and he would do a crowd funding which never happened instead he lied and basically refused to return my money and in fact asked me to send him more.

    Dear BBB. what he paid for at a very discounted rate was a Proof of Concept where we designed all the wireframes and prototyped the storyboard for his application idea and delivered it. We were willing to invest 50% to help develop his app, to date we have over 150 iOS & Android applications live on App Store & Play Store. Of course he only paid $200.00 but that was not to actually develop the app. We would still like to work together and help him bring his app idea to market so the client ********* can contact us and pick up where we left us anytime.

    UHG 1, LLC (BBB complaint ID# ********* also known as Mandarich Law Group (BBB Complaint ID#: ******* ) purchased my information from a 3rd party. When I called Mandarich (***********************, *************************, and *************************) all stated that the *** and address they have for me doesn't match what I'm giving them. I informed them several times that I'm a victim of identity theft and they didn't care if the information they bought was inaccurate. After speaking with law enforcement I was told that this company is a call center and purchased my information from another source. That source gave them the wrong date of birth and address; as a result their unable to provide me with the source- NAME and PHONE NUMBER. Im a victim of identity theft and believe this to be fraud, scam, and an extortion attempt.I have 0 collections/liens/garnishments. I don't have issues paying my bills.
