    they charged me multiple times, ive never made an account.Never used the service. I was not even aware of this companies existence before the charges. this is fraudulent. i am disgusted and appalled by the actions and practices of this company. I am further sickened that they are allowed to operate this way without any repercussions. seems like they have been getting away with it for years. I was not the first ****** they have stolen from and i doubt Ill be the last.

    I had never heard of Tidal prior to 2 fraudulent charges appearing on my statement on 6/10/24 for $16.99 & 7/5/24 for $10.99 both showing up as: Tidal.com ********************* Fl It gives the appearance of being a phone number but it goes to a dummy line. I am on my 2nd replacement card because of this fraud.

    They charged my *********** without cause. I never subscribed, in fact I had no idea what business they were in. Apparently their business is streaming music and fraudulently charge people. Had to cancel my card to stop it.

    First let me start off by saying if there was an option to award zero stars I would. Tidal charged me for a subscription that I didn't subscribe to. My account was hacked and the renewal date was incorrect. This happened a month ago and i've been trying to contact them but each time they send me the same link how they don't refund to people in ***************** which is unheard of . They don't have a call center so you will not be able to reach anyone. They will completely ignore your emails and chances are they'll charge you again without your permission. Apple and Spotify are extremely more helpful and attentive and they don't have strange policies against people living in *****************. I also came across a large amount of reviews concerning Tidal and how they scam users. Stick to apple music and Spotify. This is the worst service I've ever received from a company.

    Tidal has no PHONE **************** I went to sign up for the ***** plan and they charged me twice. I contacted through FB and they would not refund either charge, saying I opened two account. I did not. I reached out and cancelled both accounts within an hour, even less. They would not refund one or both of the charges no matter what I showed and told them.WHY would anyone open two accounts on the same PC with the same IP address?So I will dispute the charges through my bank after the holiday

    Tried to cancel subscription. Site "blocked" me from signing in, then proceeded to continue to charge me. I asked support for a refund, citing that I physically could not cancel it due to technical difficulties of their website. They outright refused. This is a company putting short term profits over long term success. The sign of a sinking ship.. Trying to squeeze every little bit of money out of customers, not caring how unethical it is. I will not be surprised if in a year's time, I hear that Tidal has collapsed. When that happens, I will smile.

    If a zero star existed I would give it zero because this company no were near deserves one star. Let me start off by saying DO NOT subscribe to this company, dont subscribe to the free trial either. Tidal lied about my free trial subscription date and charged me after I canceled it . When I tried reaching out to customer service it was impossible to reach any real person. I then googled their return policy and sent them a screen shot and they ignored my emails and LIED about their policy. Any advertising that Tidal posts I would research and make sure they are being truthful to their consumers. You will not be able to reach anyone in customer service so be prepared for that. ********************** has been the WORST company Ive ever had to deal with when it comes to policy customer service. They will bill you without your permission and then lie to you . I was charged for a service that I did not agree to. Stick to Spotify, Apple Music , and overall the companys that will answer and help you when something is wrong. Their no return policy is a lie and did not apply to my situation. I havent even used the app since the day I canceled but again they are not a good company.

    I cancelled the trial subscription a few days before it ended but was charged a monthly subscription fee anyways. They claim there is no record on their end that i tried to cancel. Take screenshots and such to have data to back you up.
