    I went to a bar with Touch Tunes and spent $20 on the machine and never heard one song. When I asked the bartender about it she said nothing to me, but then she turned to the controls and switched the aux to the Touch Tunes and I heard about 1 minute of only one of the songs I selected. It should be prohibited to let business turn this machine on and collect money if they dont have the music piped into their speaker system. I wont be using this product again.

    I have to unload and reload this app every time I use it. It used to work fine. What happened?

    They claim your credits purchased are good anywhere but that is not the case. I have a 30 year class reunion I could not make in progress and cannot play music. When I called "customer service" I was hung up on. 49 credits available and can't use them. Not to mention multiple plays unheard from other locations because volume was turned down. Want to waste money, this company is great at helping you.

    TouchTunes is charging some customers more than others to play songs, without warning. I filed a complaint and they are terrible to deal with. No one is helpful, and "***** Manager" who is a robot for all I know, is the only person I have received responses from. All she could tell me is there are "randomly selected people" who pay more for their credits. I have now requested to speak to someone higher up as I was not satisfied with her response (I have spend A LOT of money on TouchTunes) and no one is getting back to me. UNREAL!!!! I would leave zero stars if possible.

    TouchTunes is the ultimate ripoff. I installed the app and bought 12 credits for $5. The first song cost 8 credits so the remaining 4 credits are not enough to listen to another song. Guess I could have bought another 12 credits and played 2 more songs but that's still just too expensive for me. I don't care if ******* for a song or $10 for 3 songs it's still ridiculous.

    Three songs left I play six. Someone jumps me more than a dozen songs I get home and get woot on my phone my songs started. Woot woot. Done

    I purchased credits one afternoon and I bought the most you can buy. The app was frozen so I deleted it and then re-downloaded it and all my credits disappeared. I have been messaging them about this for weeks and they just keep saying this didnt happen. Yes it ******* did. **** this app! I was a huge fan of the app but I will be deleting it after this customer service. I supported this company and they dont even honor your word.
