    They were deceptive, but I blame myself for not reading closely. I literally only want the hat, the books they offered are trash. I wish I would've looked at Reddit pages beforehand to see that this company is trash and deceptive.

    I absolutely love BOTM! They are always on time, have a broad selection, you are made aware of what it is like before signing up, unlike many subscriptions. The community on the app is very friendly and involved. I highly recommend.

    I love being able to keep up with current literature as I challenge myself to read for pleasure and not just for learning. Although, I have learned so much through all my selections!

    I have been a member for several years now. **** continues to be my only book subscription box and I love it! The selections are always amazing. I have found so many new books and authors. My one qualm is the reading challenge and how only books purchased within the current year and last year count towards the challenge. My one suggestion would be to allow any book purchased through BOTM count towards the challenge regardless of how long ago it was purchased. I feel like sometimes I neglect older books because Im so motivated and determined to complete the challenge (Im a very goal oriented person lol). Otherwise I love BOTM!

    I have been a member of **** since 2018. I absolutely love it and have enjoyed watching its platform grow. I would pause, ***** or cancel whenever I traveled for months at a time. It was always easy to restart or rejoin when I was ready. Now that I'm settled, I look forward to receiving a new book every month. It helps me manage my spending when bookstore shopping to know that I already have a brand-new hardcover on the way in the mail. I have nothing bad to say about them!

    BOTM is an awesome place to get books at a great price. I love the fact that you can select what you want to put in your box that they are not choosing for you. I am an avid reader and this is an awesome place to get books.

    I love the selection of books and the quality and care that goes into packaging and shipment. **** has wonderful customer service and they quickly respond to any questions I have had. Im very pleased to be a member. Member since 2021.

    I was deceived by one of their ******** ads. Free hat with $5 book. Total came up to $18 and I got no freebie as the promo stated. Reached out the company and they said they would send my hat in my second months subscription box. However the subscription is 'cancel any time' as I'm paying month to month. I will not renew for a second month when they didn't deliver on our first transaction. If I were to get the hat in my second box I would have then paid for TWO books for one "freebie" hat that was supposed to be included in the first box but was not due to their supply issues. I don't understand why they expect more money out of me instead of honoring the promotion as advertised

    Great books at great prices. They have an excellent selection. It is easy to skip a month if you want to, although you probably will not ever want to do that. **************** is superb. Cant say enough good things about ****.
