Very questionable subscription practices. No notice of subscription increase. When they socked me with a subscription increase, I chose to cancel my subscription. They would not refund any of the charges. Very low integrity.

Total scam on their digital service. 2 years ago I downloaded an article that I had to pay an $8 membership for. Just now realized that after one year they started charging $45 per month. Ive the course of these 2 years I never got a single email or text message receipt from them on the money they were sucking out of my account monthly. Even a $2 game app sends you an email notice with a receipt monthly. I believe the lack of notifications with monthly receipts is an intentional strategy to keep charging people in hopes they dont notice. I am ashamed I didnt watch my account close enough. There should be legal action taken against *** and these practices. And $45+ for a digital subscription is completely absurd! The *** is an embarrassment to journalism and a huge part of the problems of America today.

Ever since February, when the delivery changed from carrier to the ***** we have been getting our newspaper delivered randomly, mostly two or three days late or not at all. I call every time they goof up the delivery to a foreigner. I get the notice that the *** will credit us for the day, however, today I asked how much extra time had been accrued and he said that our paid up date was February 2025, where I thought it should be in May. We paid full price for our subscription, and after our dear carrier was given no notice of his layoff, we were told to expect to get a current daily paper with the US mail. That has happened about 10 times. It is a crying shame about the delivery, because it is a good news source. Enough agitation, I am asking for a refund of remaining issues and canceling my subscription.

I called customer service and theyd aid the maximum they can refund is a month. I said keep the **** $32 and I will never subscribe this c*** again. They could not tell why paper was never delivered for month.

Reporters should be ashamed and terminated, latest story on President ***** is completely biased. Obviously they want **************** to win re-election so America can be run by an unhinged dictator.

False advertising! Not expected from the highly notable WSJ! Wow....offering on line at .50/week. Yes, a great deal and I was right there signing up for it. 50 cents/week is $26. So online putting through my info, the system says I will be charged $38.99! WHAT? *********. Would never have expected the Wall Street Journal to be a scammer, or so highly unethical!

The Wall Street Journal routinely uses bad business practices to stop people from cancelling. After cancelling my online and receiving a confirmation email, I have still been billed for the subscription. Upon emailing customer service, they essentially called me a liar and said I never made an attempt to cancel. I replied by sending them a screenshot of my cancellation, but they say for "security reasons" they can't issue me a refund unless I call them and waste a bunch of time on hold. What a joke!

I have an iPhone and didnt want to pay $9.99 a month for ********** so I just took the $3.99 a month offer from The Wall Street Journal. I dont remember it saying anywhere that the rate would change, otherwise I wouldve set a reminder to cancel before any such charge occurred. I got charged $40 a month for the last 2 months but didnt notice until this month. That is a ridiculously criminal amount to charge someone for access to news from one business when I can pay a 4th of that amount for access to all news sites via **********. I expected when I contacted them that they would do the right thing and refund me the difference that was charged over what I expected to pay once I cancelled my subscription. But of course this isnt your average business, this one is owned and ran by satan.

Online system said error for cancelling subscription. Then, it goes up by 6 times the rate. I called on the day it charged, and they REFUSE to help with a refund. Terrible company. Will be reporting as fraud on my credit card. Do not use EVER!
