My wife and I hired Lauree Wise to conduct an occupational therapy evaluation of our son. I paid her $300 for the evaluation plus an additional $150 for a written evaluation report. She did the in-person evaluation of our son on February 11, 2023 and said that she would have the written evaluation completed by the end of the week. We have not received the written evaluation and it's May 19, 2023. My wife and I have emailed ************ and called her numerous times over the last three months and each time ************ has promised to have the written report completed and sent to us in a timely manner. She is not replying to emails asking for the report or to send a check refund for the $150 fee I paid for the written evaluation. Our son's school homeroom teachers, the Associate Director for ******************* and the occupational therapy consultant all requested the evaluation to help our son's motor skill issues and get the best treatment. We have been very frustrated by **************** lack of professionalism and disregard for our son's best interest. She came highly recommended by my wife's friend and to have her not produce the written evaluation she kept promising and we paid for is neglectful.
