    I have played on hi-fi casino for a couple of years and spent thousands of dollars and was verified last July which I have proof ofthe email. They said something that I had multiple accounts which I do not have never had multiple accounts, but the lady went ahead and verified and said all the other accounts were closed and I was good Then I for the first time attempt to cash out $100 on 31 March 2025 and within 12 hours I cant log into my account and I emailed them and some guy named ******* says in an email that my account has been permanently banned due to breach of terms and conditions because of multiple accounts, but I just went through this last July stating that everything was fixed and I should have no difficulty so it makes no sense to me that I am not the only person that has said that they have had this happen to them this Casino scams people takes their money and does not pay them out. I would just like my hundred dollars and Ill be on with my life.

    Around 12-1am eastern time I added a few hundred dollars to my high5 casino account with Skrill to play sweeps I ended up winning over $2000 around 6am I went to bring my mother to work and was going to go home and continue to play because I love this website and I spend ALOT of money on this site The app keeps logging me out and then when I was able to log in when getting home it said I only had $96 in sweeps which confused me because I had $2096 in total when I looked at my transactions I seen a redemption for $2000 was done and I swear I did not do this I tried to cancel it and it kept putting in a redemption I logged out and tried logging back in now all of a sudden its saying they cant find my email address on file and/or username Im confused on what is going on. I spend a lot of money on your website. Why cant I log into my account??? I just want to redeem my $2096!! Im so upset right now *** never had any problems with this website until today! my username is Bryannag

    I spoke with the fraud department because it wasn't letting me play the sweeps part of the online casino and they helped me get my phone number attached to a new account and then just today shut down my account and took the money i had won which was $173 total but i was driving to redeem $150 and the guy i spoke to today said i broke whatever rule it was when i asked the fraud people to shut down the other accounts so now im out money i put on the game plus my winnings

    Requested an redemption for $120 on Aug **************************** an error after re entering my bank info it said my redemption is waiting for approval I did not receive any email saying my redemption is being processed but the balance is not in my high 5 account anymore or a reply from customer service . I have no idea if the money from high 5 is on its way to my account but it is not in my balance .

    I am writing to formally dispute a series of fraudulent transactions made by High5Casino that resulted in the loss of $5,000 min and potentially up to $7,000 from my account. These losses occurred due to technical errors and malfunctions within their gaming platform that prevented me from receiving winnings and disrupted my gameplay.Specific Incidents:* Slingo Fortunes (June *****): Wrongfully denied a $3401 payout despite following all instructions.* Slingo XXXtreme (June 21st): Game error after depositing $1000 caused a reset, nullifying potential winnings and my deposit.* ************* Play (June 11th): after landing 3 bonus the free games were not triggered. Casino *** said it only didnt for certain line combinations. After pointing out and sending screen cap showing their rules stated and time there were 3 bonus it would trigger the free spins, they have now changed their rules and never responded to that issue again.Evidence:* Extensive email correspondence with High5Casino detailing these issues.* Screenshots and videos of game errors.All can be provided upon request as I cant add it through the Revolut app dispute channel.Request for Action:I requested a thorough investigation into these fraudulent charges, reversal of the unauthorized transactions, and a credit of the full amount of $5,000-$7,000 back to my account. They have refused to even show me the means of their investigation and the physical results. Even though I have photographs and videos proving my points, they refuse to do anything.

    On May 14th 2024 I was playing high sweeps and I won I tried to redeem my winnings and they refuse to pay me my cash prize and I have redeemed cash prize with them last year and did not have this issue I have everything they asked me to do as far verification of my ID and provided every document they I could possibly provide they keep coming up with excuses after excuse I have provided them with my ID my , mother's ID and my brothers ID we have sent countless emails back and forth they just coming with excuse after excuse and they can't say that I have duplicate accounts because I only have one in account i have spent a lot of money at high 5 games I think they are wrong for this I'm not the only one they have done too I was hoping I would have received my in time for my nieces graduation present who is autistic and graduates June 13th but high 5 games has just made impossible to do anything i would just like my cash but i will take legal action if I have i to I am providing supporting documents and pictures of this

    Hello my name is *************************** and my username is ************ and email address is ********************.I initiated this redemption on May 17, 2024, apparently it was approved but it was not successfully able to be deposited into my checking account. I have since contacted ******* and they say that my account is active and open now and able to accepted deposits.I have contacted high 5 multiple times with no response.I have also since made the Skrill option available to be a redemption method after successfully depositing using Skrill.My redemption was never deposited into my checking account and also never has been retired to my player account

    High5games.com is online sweepstakes social casino where you can purchase virtual coin packages to play casino like slot & other games with virtual coins they call sweepstakes coins which then can converted into real $. 1 SC= $1. You can redeem it to your back account. I signed up and been playing for few months. I requested closure of account and they offered me free SC to keep account active and I took the offer. After months of losing finally won $1000 tried to redeem only to get a pop up that said my account is restricted from making a redemption. Emailed support several time who told me theres no restriction however I could not redeem my winnings. So I contacted corporate office requesting full refund for purchases I made on site. **************** emails me back stating that denied my request because I had requested restriction. Not true. When I accepted their offer of free SC they told me account was fully restored. I was able to make purchases after purchases but they are going to restrict my account from redeeming my winnings!! When multiple support reps already confirmed that theres no restriction on my account. After several emails they blocked me from being able to send an email. These people have pulled same tactics with numerous players and kept ,canceled players winnings for no reason. Hundreds of reviews online about how this company has defrauded players. Furthermore they are operating illegal online casino dupping players with marketing of no purchases necessary its always free to play. They operate under sweepstakes social casino that no real $ is being played with and no real $ can be won. Its all deceptive to disguise their illegal operation. Furthermore they have terms of service which dictates they can do whatever whenever they deem fit that players have zero rights or recourse when they ignore and eventually block you. There simply isnt anything we the players can do and these companies know they will get away with it.

    We have received your letter regarding *** ******* complaint. After consulting with our team to determine the facts on our end of the situation, our position remains that **************** violated several provisions of our Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules, and therefore both her redemption request and refund request will remain denied.
    A quick summary of the facts on our end and from our database: **************** requested to redeem her Sweepstakes winnings using Trustly. Unfortunately, the Bank that **************** wanted to redeem her Sweepstakes winnings was not an option that Trustly offers. We informed **************** that we could help her redeem her Sweepstakes winnings in another way based on the list of options we offer. **************** then decided to cancel her account. As we did not suspect or have any reason to believe she was closing her account due to any issues related to responsible gaming, we engaged in standard business retention procedures to try to keep her as a customer. **************** accepted our offer and decided to stay. **************** then repeatedly messaged support saying her redemption privileges were locked. Our team did a thorough investigation and discovered that there were no restrictions on her account whatsoever. *** ******* tone then immediately changed and she began to threaten and harass our support department. She then somehow tracked down the emails of several members of High 5 Management and continued to threaten and harass them. These emails are not published for customers to use as a contact. Our Terms of Use are quite clear as to how and who to contact regarding complaints. Due to this non-stop harassment of our employees, *** ******* account was closed and her winnings were confiscated in accordance with our Terms of Use. Additionally, *** ******* email was blocked to prevent the continuous harassment of our employees. **************** then tracked down a personal email of one of our internal attorneys and continued to threaten and harass him, going so far as to cite foreign law as a reason she should be paid and threatening to report him to the ** State Bar if she was not paid. **************** then began contacting business partners of High 5 Games disparaging both the Company and its CEO, trying to tarnish our reputation. Lastly, it was discovered that **************** also had opened multiple accounts with our service, which is strictly prohibited in our Terms of Use.
    Section 25 of our Terms of Use discusses what events may trigger the closing of a Player Account and confiscation of any virtual currencies or prizes in the account. Specifically, Without limiting clause 8(e), we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close your Player Account (notwithstanding any other provision contained in these Terms and Conditions) where we have reason to believe that you have engaged or are likely to engage in any of the following activities . . .
    (a) you breached, or assisted another party to breach, any provision of these Terms of Use or the Official Sweepstakes Rules, or we have a reasonable ground to suspect such breach;
    (b) you have more than one Player Account, including any Inactive Account, on any Platform; . . .
    (d) your communication with us consists of harassment or offensive behavior, including (but not limited to) threatening, derogatory, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist, sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene or offensive language; and 
    (g) you provide inaccurate, false, or misleading information.
    The consequences for violating any of these provisions are outlined in Section 25 (r) and (s):
    (r) If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in any of the activities set out in this section 25 above then we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the balance or recover from your Player Account any Prizes, H5C Coins, Diamonds, GC or SC that are attributable to any of the activities contemplated in this section 25. In such circumstances, your details may be passed on to any applicable regulatory authority, regulatory body or any other relevant external third parties; and

    I have reviewed response from high5 casino and I do not agree with any reasons provided as executable neglect which prevented me from withdrawing my winning redemption. I have provided screenshots of relevant factors as I am to point them out. First of all February 3 events of not seeing my bank account listed on Trustly has no relevance to events of April 01-06,2024 events. As screenshots from high5 games website Skrill & PayPal is both accepted as redeeming my winning option which I also provided screenshots I do and did have both of the accounts active. 2nd  no where in your privacy policy or terms of service stipulates that a player is prohibited from contacting any member of  management team provided that its not for commercial purpose. I obtained the management team email address via high5 games website as screenshots shows. I obtained nothing illegally or made abusive, treatening language if any manner shape or form nor did I disclose anything that was not in context to relevant issue for relief I was seeking. Furthermore had any member of the management responded or acknowledge to email I would not felt the need to send the second email. Obviously not a single one felt that my issue at hand deserved any response and forwarded my email to fraud department which I find it ironic that I am not the one who is attempting to commit fraud. 2 emails hardly constitutes as a harrassment in any court or jurisdiction.  Lastly regarding allegation that I utilized VPN to push my emails through is fabricated because I dont have VPN because I am not hiding anything from anyone. If I needed to after higg5 games blocked my emails just send a email from my alternate emails because you did not and can not block my IPS address or my device . However I didnt not continue to send the emails because it was waste of time. Clearly only people block players emails and correspondence is not give a rise to attempting to resolve the dispute but rather ignore it which is what high5 games chose to do. 
    3rd  SELF EXCLUSION applies to as stipulated by gaming commission is to **** individual from participating in anything within that site that the player is seeking exclusion from including  purchasing,playing,redeeming, and ***** said site from advertising, marketing and promoting in any way shape or form. It doesnt apply to only when it is convenient for high 5 games to use as an execuse for restriction put on my account when it came to making the redemption. As screen shots shows those are the several attempts I made within time frame I have listed when the pop up appeared. Also in the screenshots shows my correspondence to support requesting that restriction be lifted and repeadly got a response back from support stating no restriction was imposed on my account contradictory to the fact there was restriction. Furthermore as screenshots shows high5 games responded to my SELF EXCLUSION request the 2nd time by offer of free SC to keep the account active which is a violation and unethical. Email also states my account has been fully restored. Which I was able to make countless purchases and play in high 5 casino without any restriction imposed. However when I tried to make a redemption theres a restriction? And to this day I still am receiving advertisements and offer of free spins to my email address as you can see in the screenshots. 
    4th either high5 casino really believes that they are operating a legal site or wants the public to believe that they are is amusing at very list. As screenshots shows clearly that real money gambling is illegal in state of **********. On high5 games terms of service it states no real money is being played with or no real money can be won. And yet another site high5 games is a place where indeed real money gaming is happening that real $ and prizes are being offered violation of California penal code 303 section (c) and federal gambling prohibition act. Furthermore California state secretary site shows no high 5 games or high5 casino as a registered business in state of ********** which by law is required for any company who exceeds revenue over $500. As screenshots shows you are not licensed, registered to operate in state of ********** which means you are not paying taxes on earned income and sales tax yet another violation of California statue.  
    lastly in order to prove that my argument and valid that high5 games breeched their terms of service by not resolving technical issue when I had requested them to do so and was not resolved in reasonable time frame as stated in terms of service. I must prove that high 5 games actions is deliberate premeditated intentional act to deceive and to defraud players. I must in fact prove that it has no basis of high5 games execuse of allegation that I violated terms of service and I violated privacy policy or self exclusion I imposed as reason for not being able to redeem my winnings. I refer you to TRUST PILOT review and complaint submitted with past 30days. Many if them mirror exactly as my complaint scenario described. This company has pattern of deceptive behavior which violates consumers right by illegal account lockout, illegal winnings being withheld lot if the time in tune of tens of thousands. Illegal account restriction preventing winnings being able to redeem, non existent costumer service contrary to high5 games which states 24 hour live chat. High5 games have not a single phone # that is actually in operation that you can actually leave a message or speak to a actual person! This company deals with players complaint by ignoring and blocking them as they have done to me. I am just 1 of countless pages and pages of review left by players of how they have been defrauded. 3.4 TRUST PILOT RATING out of 5.unacceptable!! For years this company have been intentionally defrauding with malice,  deceit and misrepresentation. BBB has obligation and duty to the public to not only take action but to report to relevant authorities the detrimental financial harm this company has been imposing on countless of individuals of their hard earned $ leaving them without any recourse or protection whatsoever.  I am urging BBB to open an investigation with high5 games that company like this has no rights operating without regulatory governing their actions or having them penalized for what can only constitute as criminal origazation in racketeering and committing fraud. Wire fraud . Bank fraud to just name few. Me tarnish your founded?! You are doing just fine doing that all by yourself.

    I violated no privacy policy or terms of service that reason for restriction imposed on my account from redemption self exclusion is not a valid execuse that I was able to purchase and play. 
    high5 games in not a company licenced,registered,or paying taxes in state of ********** therefore high5 games terms of service is null and void whereupon I am required by law to request full refund be made back to the payment method I used to make the purchases. Card # ending in 6715. Refund is to be made immediately upon receipt of my response from BBB. 
    be advise that I have filed formal complaint to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, CALIFORNIA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL,DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE,CYBER CRIMINAL ******** OF ************************** MAYOR ************* FINANCIAL PROTECTION AGENCY, and to my CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES. I am just 1 of countless pages and pages of review left by players of how they have been defrauded. 3.4 TRUST PILOT RATING out of 5.unacceptable!! For years this company have been intentionally defrauding with malice,  deceit and misrepresentation. BBB has obligation and duty to the public to not only take action but to report to relevant authorities the detrimental financial harm this company has been imposing on countless of individuals of their hard earned $ leaving them without any recourse or protection whatsoever.  I am urging BBB to open an investigation with high5 games that company like this has no rights operating without regulatory governing their actions or having them penalized for what can only constitute as criminal origazation in racketeering and committing fraud. Wire fraud . Bank fraud to just name few. Me tarnish your founded?! You are doing just fine doing that all by yourself.
    Regarding multiple accounts. Why would I create multiple accounts? To take advantage of your ZERO DAILY BONUS?! no mention of multiple accounts till just now! Stop fabricating facts that does not exist. Just have to read the reviews. This is what your company does. Never accepting responsibility for the deceitful intentional premeditated acts of fraud upon players. Over and over again. Its always players fault!!? You people have stolen so much money from players its about time for some accountability. Pattern of deception and lies continues on. 
    Conclusion 
    I violated no privacy policy or terms of service that reason for restriction imposed on my account from redemption self exclusion is not a valid execuse that I was able to purchase and play. 
    high5 games in not a company licenced,registered,or paying taxes in state of California therefore high5 games terms of service is null and void whereupon I am required by law to request full refund be made back to the payment method I used to make the purchases. Card # ending in 6715. Refund is to be made immediately upon receipt of my response from BBB. 
    be advise that I have filed formal complaint to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, CALIFORNIA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL,DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE,CYBER CRIMINAL ******** OF ************************** MAYOR ************* FINANCIAL PROTECTION AGENCY, and to my CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES. CRIMINALS LIKE YOU SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY FROM CAUSING ANYMORE HARM TO THE PUBLUC.

    My username for this app is ********. This app and company are just taking money from people. I approved maybe 10 out of the countless transactions. My bank can only be so much help. *** tried contacting the company is they just say transactions have to be made to go through? Id just like my money back from this company. It is false advertising. Ive never been paid out anything from this website whatsoever.

    On March 12 I tried to make two purchases of $1000 each which did not go through on High 5 casino. When checking my savings account these were deducted. I have tried vigorously to contact them and they are avoiding me. All I am asking here is to credit my savings account or deposit the $2000 back into my player account. I really need help in this matter because I am not getting any response from High 5 casino. This is money I desperately need.Thank you,*********************.
