    Purchased on **************************, 12/11/2024 Paid $51.92 Online purchase had false or misleading promotion.I added the Green Clean Jumbo (200ml) to my cart and in addition to that item, the website automatically added Green Clean 100ml (bundle item). I received a receipt via email. They then emailed me that the Jumbo size (200 ml) was out of stock and will replace it with two 100ml items, so that equals the same amount. I expected to receive three 100ml items (the two replacements and the bundle item), but I only received the two.I immediately contacted them via email, which is their only way of contact. No phone # exists. They don't understand the issue even after I sent them the original receipt for reference. The issue involves false or misleading advertisement. If the 100ml was not a bundle item added as a promotion then it shouldn't have been listed in the cart and on my original receipt.

    I ordered product that was supposed to be delivered 12/2/24. On 12/6/24, I had not received product so I reached out to the company. The only way to reach them was via customer service email. I received a response back same day asking if I wanted a refund or reship. I told them to please reship. I didnt not receive confirmation that they were reshipping for 4 days. They finally sent me a new order number. I waited 2 more days because I had not gotten any shipping information. They finally got back to me on 12/16/24 and told me they had a tech error that prevented the items from being processed and shipped. I requested a refund for the amount of $106.84 (amount of items purchased). I am still awaiting a response. I have opened a dispute with my bank as well. Original order number- ******, new order number- ******

    This business charged my credit card for an order but I never received the skincare I ordered and they have not responded to my inquiry.
