      I paid for a life time subscription for all certification given from Masters of Projects. I have access to none of them. After about 2 months of usage, I lost my ability to access the website. My email system is court certified and I can prove that I am not getting return emails from them. I do receive their spam about the website though without issues. I was NEVER EVER given an email receipt or paper one sent to my address.I have had this email address for 35 years, and pay a yearly fee the entire time.I have tried for MONTHS to access the password replacement process within the website. It does not work.Another HUGE ISSUE is that they force this COMMERCIAL onto you every single 1-3 minutes. You can't turn it off, and you can't LOWER that **** SOUND BEING SO LOUD. I am autistic and have brain damage, and can not control my emotions after this commercial plays endlessly. They hide the **** pause button and the play line that is normal within the classes. Basically SHOVING THIS DOWN YOUR THROAT to watch this endlessly like brain washing. It's a HUGE detraction and detrimental for me to learn on.I want to utilize this product, but they make it impossible. They need to fix these issues fast please.I lost 3 jobs this Dec for the new year from not having my project management certificate.BRUTAL I may lose my living area now because I can't afford the rent.I want a full refund, and I want to have FULL LIFETIME access. I do not deserve this treatment. I have 6 broken discs in my back and neck. I have many types of brain damage and I am autistic. I am smart but can't function under this level of stress. I freeze when I am treated poorly, and that is normal for my conditions of brain damage.I can provide documentation that is needed. Trying to make this short and to the point. I have video of me trying to login and reset my password.

      We are disappointed you don't feel you are having a great experience.  We show you only logged into Master of Project Academy two times in May ********************************** May 2021 as well.  Unfortunately, we cannot manipulate our courses to your requests. One suggestion is to place your desktop speakers/sound on mute for the 7 second intro.  We do not have ads in our videos.  Please reach out to us with any further questions.
