I applied to this school last year to help advance my career. The program I applied too has two parts and I was only supplied one part. They have not provided a clinical site to complete the second part. I have lost my $3150.00 because they did hold up there part of the bargain. I asked for a full refund but they are tying to keep my money

We have reviewed your request for a refund. In reviewing our terms and conditions, we are already offering you an amount above and beyond what the terms and conditions provide for and in accordance with our policies. We cannot guarantee placement in any program and we at no point guaranteed any placement in any program.  Our online program, per our website, can be completed in 14-weeks and then students are typically placed within eight months after they finish the program, as outlined in our terms and conditions and refund policies. Given we are still within the 8-month window outlined in our policy, we would be happy to continue working to find you a clinical placement, as we did recently sign an agreement with a local provider that may be able to host you soon.  If this does not work for you, we maintain our offer for a refund at $1,000, which is double the amount that our policy sets, but we are willing to do so as a gesture of good faith and in contemplation of potential settlement of the disputes between us.  This is no way an admission of any liability with respect any claim which you may assert.

I do hope we can resolve this matter and move forward in placing you.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [Your Answer Here]

I applied to Pulse Radiology online MRI program on June 2023. I applied to the program with hopes of advancing my education to enhance my career.  I signed up because the school says you could complete the program in as little as 14 weeks. When I signed up for the program I asked many times about clinical opportunities in the *******,**********;area.  I was told that had a relationship with a local hospital here and I could complete that portion of the program at Memorial Hermann.  However, after asking again as I started the course work I was told I had to complete the didactics first. I completed back in March 2024. It's August and I still have yet to get a clinical location to complete the 2nd part of the program.  After waiting so long I asked for a refund due to it taking so long.  I asked for a full refund so I could apply to another program. The school had opted not to fully refund me . I was told the terms say they don't have to provide me a clinical rotation or I can only be refunded $500. I've been waiting for months now and not one time have they ever mentioned terms or even made the students aware of them.  They are ****** false promises to students
and fraudulent misrepresentation. This unfair and unjust. I'm a signal mom and I don't have money to waste. The **** say the school had to provide didactics and clinical aspects to the program.  Can you please advise me on how to move forward with this situation?
