Signed up for the program thinking it would be a good fit. The class had many issues, including students being verbally talked down to by an instructor, code not working, testing platforms failing, and other problems that made the course hard to deal with. On my last test, the testing program (Qualified) failed, as per usual. When I tried to get out, I was told it was too late as I was already too far in the program. Complaints were filed but it never made anything change. I was told very conflicting information and the straw that broke the camel's back was when we had a careers meeting because everyone was losing it in my cohort. We were under the impression things would work out great but it wasn't the case. They had someone speak to us saying basically and bluntly, "Fake it till you make it." I barely got out of the program and never landed a position with their careers program because the help they had kept trying to make me falsify my experience and information to fit. While some of these issues might be now "fixed", over 50% of my cohort is suffering due to the actions taken by Thinkful and the loan company.

My name is ***********************. I live in ******** and work with ***************** Chase. I want to file a complaint and demand an investigation against Thinkful, Inc., (Thinkful) for cheating and deception. Back in January 2022, I enrolled in their Data Analytics Certification. I chose to withdraw from this program after seven (7) days of enrollment due to substandard course material and below industry-standard teaching methods.Thinkful was paid approximately $ **** by **************** *************** is a third party for facilitating continuing education payments for JPMC employees. And at the time of withdrawal, I was informed by Thinkful that there would be a withdrawal penalty. But at no point I was told that Thinkful was taking an entire six (6) months' fees, i.e., $**** for seven (7) days of teaching, that too substandard and poor-quality education.I made several follow-*** with Thinkful and *************** to receive a refund of $****, but I was denied. This is my yearly amount for ******************** from the employer JPMC. Thinkful is depriving me of my quality continuing education this year and hurting my future job prospects by not refunding me this amount. When I enrolled in this program, I was blindsided by ***************'s vetting of Thinkful. I was wrong about ***************'s assessment, and I also feel that *************** is also complicit in this for lack of due diligence. The Data Analytics course taught by Thinkful is below the industry standard and seems like a scam. The materials are hard to follow and not relevant to the job market, and it's practically a daylight robbery. Beyond my anecdote, ****** reviews and other online validate these claims. This certification was supposed to complete by July-2022. So technically, I was paying $**** for 180 days of training. Then why I should be charged $**** for seven(7) days of poor, substandard, and irrelevant training. Hence, I want an investigation against Thinkful and file a complaint; I also want to get my

This complaint has been managed by *************** and the student directly. Please note that Thinkful worked with *************** to provide a full refund to *** ******* employer, ********************* *****.  That refund to JPMC will be effective March 31, 2022.  However, **************** has already received a refund/credit into his learners piggy bank as of March 28, 2022, and thus he is eligible to sign up for a new course at his convenience with no detrimental effect to his learner credits as offered to him by his employer.

I completed Bloc.IO's "Full-Stack Developer" program in 2015. Bloc.IO promises to allow access to the course content even after completing the program. Now the "Bloc.io" address redirects to ***********. I have tried to contact Thinkful but it seems difficult to address this particular situation since Thinkful seems to only take information regarding inquiries for prospective students. I have not heard anything back. The enrollment agreement states: "...the institution shall remain obligated to provide the other educational services it agreed to provide..." I completed Bloc.io's program and paid over $4000.00 and can no longer access any of the content that I had completed with Bloc.io.

      ****,

We would like to apologize for the miscommunication that occurred following your enrollment with us.

We recently transferred platforms, which caused a bit of trouble with dashboard access. This error has since been corrected, and we see that you are now able to review your curriculum and regain visibility of your coursework.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to get this matter resolved.

      Best regards,

In June of 2021 I entered the Thinkful engineering program. I hoped to obtain skill that would be relevant for entering the software industry. For the cost of the program there was major gaps in the curriculum and the instructors provided poorly planned. Over all I completed 99.9% of the Thinkful program. I attended all classes and mentor session as required of the program. Due to a grading error it seems that I have not met the requirements to be considered as a graduate. I received a late night email yesterday that I was withdrawn for the program.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to get this matter resolved.
