Thrive fantasy is an online gaming site. On May 26 and October 8, I submitted two separate withdrawal requests to take my money out of the site. Today, both still say "Pending Approval" over 7 months later. (See attachment). In addition to this, any time I attempt to email their support line or reach out to their X page via direct message, I receive no response. I was told that ****** was their withdraw method, yet still no response. Can you help me reach the company so I can collect my money?Customer Answer

I started my account in October 2023 and did a $250 deposit. I opted in the deposit match promo and they matched my deposit. Then in February 2024 thrive fantasy ceased operations in ** which is my state. They didnt notify us. They didnt give us a chance to withdraw our money. Now I have $160 in my account and I cant bet or withdraw my own money. I sent them multiple emails the whole year and I never got a response. They have ghosted me and never got back to me at all. I joined the Thrive Fantasy football website in 2022. I started with an initial investment of $300 on the website and have periodically been placing bets on the website. I have won several of the bets and the total amount I had in my account was $600. I decided to withdraw the $600 and it said it would come ACH but never asked for any account information. I have emailed them several times to retrieve my money, but they have not answered any emails. I would like to close out my account after I get my money, but I need them to respond and let me know how and when it is coming. I have been playing Thrive Fantasy since 2021. I have been a valued user by them, they even sent me a thank you "swag bag" in the mail. I have deposited over $20,000 with them as well over the years. Unfortunately, as many others have reported, they've chosen to ignore paying out their clients. I requested a payout that they emailed and agreed to pay if I submit necessary information. It has been months and I have not been paid out. I want my money paid asap. I am owed $3716 from this company. I have uploaded the screenshots of the pending transactions as well as the email they sent and consequently ignored any replies to.Customer Answer

I have been a long time customer and have always found Thrive to be slow with withdrawals. But now they entirely ghosting me in the process. A half dozen emails, social media DMs and even social posts have all gone unanswered. Since the spring I have attempted to withdraw two separate withdrawals totaling $700. I deposited $250 into Thrive Fantasy on May 27th, 2023 to get a deposit match of $250. I made one entry that day for $25 and lost so my balance is $475. I don't care about the extra funds I've been trying to withdraw any of my money and have not received anything. I paid Thrive Fantasy $25 on August 15th, 2023 as part of a promotion I received through email from a separate business I have been doing business with where they promised to match your first deposit if you played the dollar amount deposited several times. I did so, and after disappointment with the lack of contests available decided to initiate a withdrawal for my account balance of $50 on May 5th, 2024. After a week of no status updates or communication I emailed the company asking for a status update. To this day I have received no response and the withdrawal request still shows as processing nearly two months later. A ****** search revealed this is consistent with other customers who have not been paid and are receiving no response to their inquiry. I had been a daily fantasy player on www.thrivefantasy.com for a few years. They sent an e-mail on 2/12/24 that due to recent legal changes, Thrive will be ceasing operations in the state of ******** on 2/13/24. As I live in **, this is something I could no longer do. I had already requested a payout of $2,201.00 on 1/26/24 and on 2/12/24 I requested a payout of the rest of my balance which was $4,752.00, for a total of $6,953.00 to be paid to me. I've sent a few e-mails with no responses. It's now been over 4 months since the initial request for payment. I am trying to get the money that I had won fairly sent to me.Customer Answer
